I couldn$0027t understand the doctor I told her 3 times dentist scare me. She proceeded to say you just scare your self taking my actual phobia lightly. She cut me off 6 times while I was speaking to interject instead of actually listening to the patient…first visit before hand I had a young Male dentist that looked fresh out of school. He ignored me as well. I asked him about my top left side. When I came in today they didnt even know about my issue in that area. I have never felt so little in front of a dentist that could barely even speak my language. Thank you pan care for caring that I was still profusely bleeding an hour after you extracted my teeth and thank you for the piece of paper and 0 instructions on how to care for an extracted tooth. At least my mother knew enough on how to take care of it… I am absolutely disgusted with this company.

We saw Dr. Norton twice in the last few weeks and we are very happy to say we are switching are family to this facility. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable in all areas of dental. So I am in the process of replacing my 4 front teeth but first to fill a cavity I went in for an exam and Dr. V was so kind and gentle, then an appointment was made for the next day to fill a cavity I requested the same Dr. She was there and so started the procedure with a shot to of course numb the area idk if u know how a shot fills in the gum but it always hurts the first couple of times until the area is numb
However Dr. V WAS AMAZING I never felt a thing she was fast to done in less than 45 minutes

I was pregnant and the lady had her hand on my wrist and I explained to her that I could get up on my own. Excellent bedside manner. Just an over all excellent experience. I never expected a «sliding scale» clinic to match, if not exceed a private Dentists office! Again, so very impressed!

I usually don$0027t write reviews, but feel it is important. We had no problem with the dentist side, but the medical side was very incompetent. They had my prescriptions so messed up. I went without medicine I needed, Rx coming in at different times (which means an hr trip for wasted time/money to get meds 3x sometimes 4x) and they were constantly getting them confused. All the confusion should have been avoid b/c I supplied them 3x with a printed list of Rx, with the directions, reason for the med, dosage, the pharmacy with the address and even STORE NUMBER. I had meds going to only 2 pharmacies b/c the price difference was quite different and saved me a lot. The reason you go to a place like this is b/c you don$0027t have any money. They didn$0027t try and help me (The one is Marianna was really helpful giving me a price list, etc). I live on a very miniscule amount of money and I have share-of-cost medicaid (I$0027m not complaining it$0027s just fact) they didn$0027t want to send me to other avenues to get blood work done where it wouldn$0027t cost me anything (Marianna was compassionate and tried to work with me). I used them for a year b/c I could no longer go to the dr I had before b/c of my location. All I needed was for someone to just keep my routine healthcare stable. All I received was a big mess. One time my diabetic Metformin I take 2x a day, so I needed 60 pills, they called in only 30 so 1/2 thru the month I was out. They fixed it, but aggravation. You already live in a war zone b/c of the hurricane and they made it much more harder. They were like this b4 the hurricane, so that isn$0027t the reason. In the end, they could seriously hurt or even lead to someone death with such incompetence and that is why I feel so compelled to write this review. Someone needs to find where the weak link is and fix it b4 someone gets hurt. With all of that and even the dr personality didn$0027t make me feel inviting I went somewhere else.
