I love Randolph Dental Group! Ive been seeing Dr. Rossman for years and he is the best. His staff is also incredible. I feel like my teeth are getting top notch work by all of the hygienists and they always take extra care to explain things to me. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. I drive pretty far to use this office as my dentist but I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else!

Very friendly and helpful staff, probably the nicest I$0027ve ever encountered. It starts with first contact with the reception staff in setting up appointments. They couldn$0027t be nicer or more accommodating. Whether it$0027s on the phone, or when you arrive for your appointment, you are helped in an organized and positive manner.
Dental staff is very skilled and explains everything they$0027re doing. Randi was my hygienist and she may very well be my favorite that I$0027ve ever had. She was excellent and it is the first time I$0027ve ever had a cleaning and been able to floss at home without bleeding.
I also had a follow-up with Dr. Kim, the periodontist, for a gum issue. He recommended that given the already apparent healing, we should look again in 3 months before doing any kind of procedure. I$0027ve always been impressed when someone in the medical field is methodical in their approach. Better to see if the body can heal itself before jumping into surgical procedures.
Overall, I can$0027t recommend Randolph Dental more. I don$0027t think anyone is thrilled to have a dental visit, but it helps an awful lot to go somewhere that is friendly and welcoming, as well as staffed by quality people.

This past year was horrible for me (due to Covid). I had a lot of anxiety walking into this appointment. The time they spent to comfort and even console me did not go unnoticed. Ive been coming to Dr Rossmans office for over 6 years and I love it. Ive had cleanings, cavity fills and implants done and the staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They send out a few reminders via text/calls before your appointment which is very nice since I can barely remember what day of the week it is (on days that Im not working). As someone who works in the health field, i would say that their office is very clean and they are paying attention to mandated/recommended. Ive definitely come to appreciate them even more seeing how hard everyone at the office is making it possible for patients to be seen during this time. A great place to go/bring your family.

I have to say that I was hesitant when my former dentist, Dr. Myers, joined practices with Randolph Dental Group. Ever since my first visit with them, I was completely taken care of just as if it were my old dentist. The office coordinator took me in because I didnt drive and the sun was baking so I didnt have to wait outside in the heat. After a few minutes I saw the dental hygienist (Im horrible with names) but she is the consummate professional. She did a great job in my mouth. She then answered my questions and gave me recommendations. I then briefly saw the dentist who was very professional and had a great sense of humor. I dont normally rate experiences but I will rate this one a five.

This dental office is HORRIBLE. Customer service is at an all time low and they have no consideration for the inconvenience that they bring into people lives. They are money hungry and lack empathy. I am ashamed of this office and sadly, the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be reaching out to the manager (whether operations manager or regional manager) on this matter.
