Dr. Vallejo$0027s is a good dentist and a nice man but his office is poorly managed. First, they way over book their appointments. Every chair in the waiting room full plus people standing. I waited a half an hour past our appointment time and then asked how much longer it would be because I was only scheduled to be off work for two hours, I was told it would be at least another half an hour and that he was behind because of an earlier emergency (this is all understandable), but I should have been called and given the option to cancel the appointment before driving half an hour to the office. Second, they told me that they were going to work it out and they brought my son back into the dental chair to start his appointment. He was pre-medicated because of his health condition, he was given a full set of x-rays, and his gums were measured. Then we proceeded to wait for another 10 minutes and were told he would be in in just a minute. Shortly after, another person came in and said it was going to be much longer and would we like to cancel our appointment. I feel like we were tricked into coming back to the chair so that they could bill for the appointment. It is for these reasons I cannot recommend this practice.

I have been putting off the dentist for close to 15 years!! Like a lot of people the dentist freaks me out..I had a tooth that needed to be pulled, causing me quite a bit of pain.. so I booked an appointment at the recommendation of a friend. So glad I finally did!! Dr. Vallejo and his team were great! He assured me I wouldn$0027t feel a thing and I didn$0027t! Im now almost all caught up on dental work needed. Also they were available during covid-19 to pull a bad tooth as well. I trust with my wife and kids dental work 100%
