I was looking for a good dentist after moving to a new town. Dr Pathak is very professional. She took care of my fillings and answered all my concerns! I really liked how Dr Pathak and her staffs have beautifully managed their workspace. They were very nice from the day one. Horrible service from the moment i arrived. Receptionist is very unprofessional with the way they speak to their customers.
First visit i was not happy but i wanted to give them another chance. I make my next appointment which unfortunately i had to cancel a couple days later. I call to reschedule with two days in advance and the receptionist told me i was inconsiderate and making me feel bad for rescheduling two days in advance. I no longer wanted to continue my services with them but either way they had all of a sudden sent me a text saying that they no longer accept my insurance. Very sketchy dental office.

I$0027ve been using Dr. Pathak for about 10 years now. Honestly I can$0027t say enough about how amazing she and her staff are! Dr. Pathak has saved my teeth and overall health several times! I was in a bad place because I didn$0027t like going to my previous dentist. Dr. Pathak is a joy! She makes you feel so comfortable and always asks how you$0027re doing during any procedure. She will stop and wait until you catch your breath. I was very nervous my first time but soon after got so comfortable, I practically fall asleep in her chair now. That$0027s how gentle she is. I had cracked a molar and she helped save the tooth when others said I would probably have to have it removed. I love my dentist and have referred many of my friends to her.
