Not a very understanding office, they drop you as patients instead of working with you when you have demanding and changing work schedules and deaths in the family. I had a scheduled appointment that I arrived a few minutes early for. I got into the office and they said I wasn$0027t on for that day. They looked it up and I wasn$0027t on their schedule at all and they were making it sound like it was back on me. Of course that is never good to take the time off and have them cancel on you which would have been a three star but then they send an email as I$0027m leaving the office that says I$0027m overdue for my cleaning and need to schedule an appointment. There is great service when a company tries to make something right, decent service when they at least apologize and poor service when you walk away feeling even worse than when it happened.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I am currently pregnant and scheduled a appointment for an emergency tooth extraction. I made the appointment 8 1/2 weeks in advance. Showed up for my appointment, only to be told they never actually put it into the system. Then on top of that I was told I could not get in until July. Which is after my child will be born. Finally she found an opening five weeks later. There is no way I would ever recommend this to anyone. So much for an emergency appointment. Not to mention the front staff don$0027t even make eye contact, and act like nothing wrong happened.

My family switched to Dr. VanTimmeren about a year ago because I heard from several people that his office is wonderful with small children. I had an emergency with a cracked crown yesterday and the staff was very accommodating in finding an opportunity for me to come in less than three hours. After assessing my situation, Dr. Scott, removed the broken piece that had cracked away, then smoothed the sharp edges so that I could safely function.
