Never thought I would go to see a dentist without nerves in my stomach. It finally happened. I felt very relaxed even when my two front teeth were pulled. The dentist and his staff are really friendly and know how to put a patient at ease. My experience at Metro Dental Associates was really fantastic. Andrea was my dental hygienist and was such a doll. She was kind, honest and professional. I returned the next day for a crown prep and Dr. Sacco did an incredible job. He was friendly, efficient and made me feel very relaxed. The entire office is accommodating and very professional. I am usually not one to write a review, however I felt it was important that Dr. Schuster and his office staff received the recognition they deserve. Compared to the previous dentist I have had for a long time, Dr. Schuster actually cared about my dental health, was very thorough, and fixed work that had been done on my teeth that the previous dentist told me «to keep an eye on.» Dr. Schuster explained to me that if I had «just kept watching it, » it I would basically be watching it get worse and worse. After 20 years, it was time to find a new dental office. After complaining about tooth pain for quite some time and always being told there was no issue, my new dentist discovered an infection. He also had to correct a poor root canal performed by Metro Dental some time ago. My last few visits felt very pushed to perform services, and when I expressed financial constraints, I was informed that I had a $300+ credit on my account that no bothered to inform me about from a previous invoice. The office chipped away at this- from the $95 no show fee they charged me ( mind you I just had a baby and have been a client for almost 20 years) and a $112 for a recement a crown that literally fell out 10 minutes after I left the practice. I had previously told the office to please make a note on my file to inform me of all estimated recommended treatment costs prior to performing, but this still wasnt happening. The final straw for me was after I sent the office an email expressing my concerns, the Office Manager contacted me and told me she would credit back the no show charge but did not make any attempt to review or discuss any of my concerns with me, so clearly they didnt value me as a client and as a result they will no longer have my business. I will miss Dale very much though, my fabulous hygienist.

Dont get your cleaning here. I had it done twice and it was the most painful experience. Yes, i went twice to my dismay. Both dental hygienist share same tactics. Too much force and time was placed on my front lower teeth that now they are ultrasensitive after couple of months. permanent sensitivity on/off and it hasnt faded. Dr Schuster needs to train their hygeniest better and with more care. i am so pissed
