I normally never post reviews, but I felt like I had to brag on this company after my appointment today. For me, it has been really hard to find a dental office who truly cares about their patients and their well-being. However, this is the place! I was treated by a really kind and sweet dental hygienist named Anna who made sure to inform me about what was going on with my dental work/dental cleaning every step of the way, while we also had great side conversations about our lives. The rest of the staff, including the main dentist, are also extremely kind and informative. These really are people that you can trust! They made the experience easy and painless.

I was pleasantly greeted by Jen as soon as I arrived for my dental checkup. She was very sincere and helpful. Prior to my appointment she made sure to verify my insurance so that I would not waste any time in the waiting room. The dental hygienist, Anna, was very thorough, but not abrasive during my teeth cleaning. She was quite experienced for her young age. She made sure I was okay throughout the dental cleaning. I have been putting off going to the dentist like many others, but this is truly one of those moments when I regret that I hadn$0027t come sooner (but only because of Bristle Family Dentistry)! During the chaos of COVID their team had a consistent process that ensures the safety of their customers and their staff. I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to make an appointment and how available their staff were in answering questions.
The quality of professionalism in this dentist office is top notch! They also approached me with warmth after I mentioned I had neglected my responsibility of visiting a dentist.
Most importantly Dr. Shirley has significant talent in the work she does. She gives you a range of options with a recommendation that she gives only after listening to what your needs are. I appreciate her approaching this with understanding the customers need first!
She was able to quickly analyze the situation and recommend a procedure that she executed better than I could have even imagined! It blew my mind! I am so happy with my improved smile.

I have been going to Bristles for about seven years now and I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Parikh has seriously changed my life. Ive avoided going to the dentist due to bad experiences when I was younger, but Id been having a lot of pain and inflammation so I had to return. I called to schedule an appointment here which thankfully was available the very next day. At Bristles, I saw Anna who did my teeth cleaning. Anna was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She definitely put me at ease and made me feel less anxious by explaining everything she was doing thoroughly. Dr. Parikh then came in and was also very kind and welcoming. She listened and made sure I understood what my treatment plan will be. I had also been avoiding the dentist due the pandemic but the covid 19 precautions here made me feel safe and comfortable. Seriously, all the staff I came in contact with was amazing and I am very happy to have a new dentist that I can trust with confidence!

My 8 year old son had scary/bad experiences at two separate dentists for dental work. He didnt feel acknowledged as a person because his fears werent validated by whoever did work on him. I am so sad he was terrified and I couldnt help him feel safe TWICE. ?? Actually Im still processing those feelings of helplessness and anger as a mother to a pediatric patient who couldnt advocate for his fear and discomfort once mom wasnt around.
My son cried in my arms before his appointment at Bristles that day. It stirred up my own fear for his hurt feelings too.
At the end of our visit with Dr. Shirley, my boys (brother came too) were so comfortable and at ease that they asked questions to Dr. Parikh directly, and walked around (to my dismay) the room and hallway with excitement and curiosity.
I was explained in ways I could understand, the status and action plan recommend of my boys teeth. Even more wonderful, I was empowered to maintain the oral hygiene of my kiddos in all sorts of ways. No other dentist has taken the time to explain this before!
The cherry on top of all of this was my 8 year old asked if that was his new dentist. I said yes, and he said, YESSSS!

Taking all of those x-rays and dental photos are never fun, but I totally appreciated the dental assistant$0027s honesty when she prepared me with a «this is going to hurt» when I had to awkwardly hold one of those weird plastic things in my mouth during the photoshoot. We saw Dr. Parikh today for an issue with my sons teeth (7 year old). I was concerned about fairly severe yellowing of two teeth but also concerned with Covid and my sons temperament for the appointment. He hates the dentist and often cant even make it through the needed x-rays. Tears and screams are common. Today was different. She addressed my sons issue which was such a relief for me but what was more amazing was that my son was totally at ease during the entire appointment. No tears at all. Dr. Parikh was able to address the dental issue, take X-rays and get his teeth cleaned. I think her overall care and calmness put him at ease. The office is extremely clean and all the staff took great care to address any Covid concerns. We had a great experience!

I recently took my son for his routine check-up and found out that he has enamel hypoplasia on one of his adult molar. Well this molar ended up having a fairly large cavity despite having good dental hygiene. Dr. Parikh worked her magic and did an amazing job fixing his cavity with an inlay. Procedure took less then an hour and my baby came home super happy with a healthy and good looking tooth.
