I have had many dentists throughout my life with many different procedures having been performed on myself and other family members. Dr. Baldwin is an exceptional dentist. I am not a fan of dentists and I am extremely picky about them. When a friend recommended Travis, I was a little skeptical, but he is absolutely amazing! I won$0027t go anywhere else, ever. I came in for a long over due visit needed after years of not being able to afford coverage only to be told sorry the only way we can help is if you spend more money for a periodontal cleaning. Dr. Baldwin removed my wisdom teeth. I was very comfortable (this was my first surgical experience ever, so I was a little nervous going in) and he put me at ease right from the beginning. After my surgery he gave me his cell number and called me later that night to check on me and make sure I was doing okay (what other doctor does that?!). He is very caring of his patients and works around your needs, he$0027s even opened his office earlier so he could help me out. He has great bedside manners and is so good at getting to know you. From the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists and the doctors themselves, everyone I have come in contact with is friendly and professional. The office is clean and has a welcoming feel to it. Dr. Peterson said that my single wisdom tooth extraction (due to decay; floss in the back, folks!) was supposed to take about 30 minutes. I was in the chair for nearly 3 hours. Dr. Peterson claimed that my extraction was the roughest/most difficult he$0027d ever seen.
They made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and even politely giggled at some of my nitrous-fueled jokes. I don$0027t recall the assistant$0027s name (again, lots of nitrous), but she was fantastic as well. They both stayed well beyond regular business hours to finish the procedure, and sent me on my way.
Dr. Petersen then called me *that night* to make sure I was doing well, and answered my questions via text, even on the weekend when I was concerned that something was wrong (which, thankfully, wasn$0027t the case).
The folks at Baldwin stuck it out, and were great the entire time. Highly recommended.

Everybody here is professional, competent, and kind. It took months to fix the minefield that was my jaw, but they did it.
I told them up front that I have no money … they were much more worried about helping me than billing me. Let me say that again: they knew I didn$0027t have any money and their number one concern was helping solve my problem. They set me up with an extremely friendly payment plan.
