Since coming in for a second opinion on drilling my 2 year olds tooth, Dr. McRay and Dr. Robbins have become the dentist for myself and my entire family. You cannot ask for a more knowledgeable, patient and friendly team than the staff here. Came here for a second opinion on a risky procedure recommended by my regular dentist for my 2 year old son. Was blown away by the customer service, knowledge and experience of Dr. McRay. He explained everything in a way I could understand and didn$0027t recommend the risky procedure until only later given certain other conditions. Best of all, the consultation was free. He could easily have made money off my parent-panic but didn$0027t.
Dr. McRay and his wife, Dr. Robbins, have been practicing in Houston for a long time and their experience, kindness and understanding show. I highly recommend.

Anyone looking for a great dentist to go to should go to the The Dentist At Houston Westchase! I have been to so many dentists and oral specialists and have had an extensive amount of dental work done so I know the differences in the various dental offices.
The Dentists At Houston Westchase have the whole package. They have a beautiful office with programming to watch on TVs during procedures. While this is a plus, I cant say enough about the staff and doctors. The staff working there are fabulous. They are very efficient and friendly. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and work together like a group of close friends and make patients feel as if they are the most important patient they are seeing that day.
My dentist is Dr. Brett McRay and he is awesome. He is capable of doing procedures that other dentist have sent me to specialist to perform. He has been very kind and understanding about my extensive dental work needs and my not wanting to spend more money on procedures that do not work long term. He will take the time to thoroughly discuss options and procedures.
I never write reviews because I just dont want to take the time, but I want others to know if your looking for a professional dentist office with kind and caring doctors and staff, you cant do better than The Dentists At Houston Westchase.

I have had truly traumatic experiences in the dentist office. For that reason, when I stumbled onto Dr. Robbins I didnt want to let her go. When I returned for a check up, which I was more than a year over due, the receptionist said she was no longer there. Of course I asked for her forwarding information. I had high expectations of this office after reading the raving reviews and seeing how beautiful it is and I was not disappointed! Im relieved that Ill never have to find another dentist again. I rarely ever write reviews but after my experience today I felt it was only right. This is by far the best dentist office my husband and I have been to. Not only is the office beautiful, the staff is great. Everyone that Ive had the pleasure of speaking with has been very professional, and warm. Everyone makes time to thoroughly explain the procedures and makes sure all of my questions are answered.
Dr. McRae is awesome to work with. I arrived at the office a bit anxious about my procedure today but after speaking with him I felt much better. He made sure I was comfortable thought out the procedure. They provided me with headphones to watch Netflix, which was a nice distraction. In no time we were wrapping up.
I will always return to The Dentists at Westchase for all my my and my familys needs.

I had a cracked tooth and called them, they had me scheduled to see them an hour and a half later. They went above and beyond to temporarily secure my tooth so I could eat solid food again. They went over my options moving forward making sure I understood every step of the way and provided a very competitive estimate for my implant. I will be using these guys going forward and would recommend them to my family and friends. Oh yeah did I mention I was sitting in another dentist offices chair earlier that day and they did nothing to temporarily help me nor go over in detail my options going forward. Not only did the dentists at houston provide better service and a more comfortable atmosphere they also provided a more competitive estimate for my implant. Thanks guys!

While visiting Houston from Arizona, I had a dental issue and did a random search for the nearest dentist. Thanks to my location and pure luck, The Dentists and Houston Westchase were the first listing. As was able to get an appointment within 90 minutes. They forwarded the registration documents digitally which I was able to easily complete and return back to them. The staff was friendly and professional; and their facilities were top-notch. I saw Dr. Robbins on my first visit and Dr. McKray on a return visit that afternoon. They were both friendly and professional and provided excellent service. I HIGHLY recommend this practice. They are great and you will not be disappointed.
