Pensaba que por ser de otro pais iba a ser diferente pero el Dr. Crawford es lo maximo. Let me explain. I had called on 10/10/2019 to schedule an appointment to which they booked for 10/16/2019. Literally the day before the appointment I get a call that they need to reschedule, as a normal person I had no issues with this. I said no promblem and we proceeded to reschedule me for 10/18/2019. Yes people today at 9:00am.
They called me yesterday 10/17/2019 to confirm with me the appointment. I repeat – to confirm with me that for sure tomorrow would be ok, for the second time this week.
This morning as I am headed to leave to the facility, I get a call from them but I missed it. When I got to the location, I listen to the voicemail BECAUSE they did not pick up after I recalled them within 10 mins of them calling me back. I left a message in a polite but upset manner because the voicemail stated they could not see me today as they said. Literally 10 mins before 9pm and they arent even opened. I called about 3 times and still nothing.
They asked to reschedule me for a different day. Im already here. This is just not good business edict.

They have moved my appointment for 12:30pm today. They patients they were waiting for them to open gave them glowing reviews and assured me I would enjoy the experience. We shall see how it plays out. Stay tuned.

The wait was more than worth it! I came back, the staff were still apologizing and welcoming. No change in tone or sign of annoyance. Highly professional. Met Dr. Crawford and he was thorough in his examination and showed me everything in regard to what my teeth needed and why. He did not rush. Booked another appointment for Tuesday 10/10/2019. Cant be more excited!

Dr. Crawford is the best dentist I have ever had. He has a gentle hand coupled with excellent dentistry skills.
