Dr. Casey was the best dentist I have ever been to. She and her assistant Lillian are amazing and made the whole experience different than what I am used to. The lady who works in the billing area is super, super sweet, so this isn$0027t on her at all. Aspen straight up overcharges on their services. I have had dental work done before with the same type of insurance I have now and was never charged as much as they wanted to charge me. Also, I$0027ve been TWICE and they never once cleaned my teeth. They wanted me to spend over $5k total on services that I have had elsewhere for around $400. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

My daughter and I haven$0027t been to a dentist in a while because no one was accepting new patients. Then we found Aspen Dental. The office staff were super friendly and were doing their job in protecting all their clients from catching COVID19 by sanitizing every we or they had to touch. Their equipment was state of the art and staff were well trained at every aspect of our visit. The dentist was very personable and thorough which is a rare quality in this field of work. She was amazing.

There is only one place that will accept United Health Care dental insurance in Asheville, NC, and that place is Aspen Dental. I used to have to drive 1.5 hours away to get a root canal done. I remember telling the place that I used to go to if anyone decided to set up shop in Asheville, it would be a gold mine. I have been worried that I was going to lose my front tooth. They assured me that I would not lose my tooth. They walked me through everything that they saw that was a concern. They broke it down by what needs to be done now and what can wait. They provided me with several different payment options as well. They were quick, precise and professional. I am so glad that I went to them. I feel like a heavy burden has been lifted.

My anxiety stays down when I get told what to expect and what they$0027re about to do and they did just that. I really liked the doctor and the dental hygienist too! Very informative, kind, gentle, steady with their hands and explained a lot to me and why it would be important to get such tests done that I$0027ve never known about before when going to the dentist. It was also very affordable too. Nickie was very helpful at the end, discussing my insurance and everything I needed done first. She explained the best way to get a lot of what I needed before my insurance was renewed for next year. Other dentist offices charge $400+ with any procedure, with insurance or not. Thankfully they do accept my insurance, I$0027m a SAHM and the cost to do everything my mouth needs is very affordable. I$0027m very thankful and had a great first experience. I called Aspen Dental concerning a denture that I had made from another dentist when I lived in New England. It was not a comfortable fit to a point I could not wear them. I was set up with a free consultation. I was completely amazed with the service I was given. Im sorry now that I did not get the young ladys name. With in a few minutes into the consultation I was told that my dentures would be done before I left at a very reasonable cost. I was so excited to finally be able to have my dentures fit comfortably. The service was as outstanding as the end result. She was right I was able to wear them home. I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Glad to hear one will be opening soon in Hendersonville.
