WORST experience of my life!!!!
They treat you very nice in the office. Very professional. BUT after you pay 1/2 down for your treatment than you cant get in touch with anyone AFTER they get your Money!!!
We sat down and went over all my procedures and what it would cost. They have you sign the form BUT dont give you a copy of it.
I ask for a copy and she stated you will get it when you check out.
I check out and ask for a copy and Im told from the desk personnel that she can ONLY give me a copy of what I paid!!!!
Call back and talk to the Financial department when they come back from lunch.
I have been calling for almost a week requesting a copy. I still havent received a copy yet!!!
If I could get my money back,! I would run like Hell and go to another dentist!!!!

First visit- front office was very nice and pleasant. Back office Medical Assistant was very kind and helpful. The dentist herself was probably a nice lady-however because I had missing teeth, she looked at her assistant, giggled and shook her head. To me-that was very unprofessional- she doesnt know what a person been thru in there life time. to me she just didnt seem genuine. Laughing or talking about a client is very unprofessional
thats my experience. Overall the office staff is very nice and kind.

I had a very positive experience at Westridge Dental Care yesterday. Both the dentist and her assistant were very competent and attentive. It truly was almost painless. The Front desk and Xray personnel were great. I refuse to get my teeth filled. Knowing g that my insurance would not pay for it. Before I made my appointment to go there. I told the person who made the appointment that the only service I needed was top and bottom partials. When I arrive I had to get an Xray. The Dr told me that I have a or two cavities. I explained to her that all I needed was the partials. I quess she got mad and told the Nurse to come and tell me she can work with me. So I left, this even though I had made it clear that all I needed was partials. Not only did she waste my time, but tried to sell me a procedure that I would have had to pay for. So I will never return there.

Just attempted to have a conversation with the manager Sherry as I found out they were overcharging me for services and also noted that I came to the office on two different dates of service which I did not. The manager Sherry would not let me speak, she was over talking me as I was attempting to figure out why they were over charging me. I asked for the office manager and the Dentist came out and explained and told her that I wasn$0027t supposed to be charged for 3. At the end she simply just placed my receipt down with an attitude. I had to stand there because I didn$0027t know if that was all. She didn$0027t tell me thank you, you$0027re all set, have a good day or anything. I told the office Manager this on my way out and her response was Annie is one of my best employees. There was no general apology and sense of understanding/empathy or nothing. Treat paying customers better…a business is nothing without its customers. I told them I won$0027t be back and canceled my Husband$0027s upcoming appointment as well. Customer service is supposed to be extended from the back to the front. They were good in the back, but the front desk staff needs better customer service! They lost 4 customers today. We tried this place because it was right up the street but we$0027ll continue to drive a couple of more hours and to our original Dentist office.
