I$0027ve gone to them for two procedures. I had my wisdom teeth out in two rounds. The first round was a piece of cake, the second round has been a nightmare (no fault of theirs). I ended up with dry socket in one of the extraction sites, just one of those things that can happen. I called with my symptoms before I knew what it was and they got me in within a couple hours to pack the socket to help get rid of the pain. They were very kind and helpful in explaining what was going on and how they were going to get the healing process back on track. By this time I had been on pain medicine for a few days and my system had had enough of it and was not tolerating the pain medicine anymore (My stomach is very sensitive to pain medicine). I went to a regular doctor who recommended a change in pain medicine to manage the pain until I was healed. We were nearby so I dropped by Dr. Allen$0027s office to run the other doctors recommendations by him and make sure that was okay as well as have them take another look at my mouth. Without an appointment they saw me right away and reviewed and okayed the paperwork without even a five minute wait. They were all very empathetic that I am having a hard time with the recovery this time, seeing that last time it went so smoothly the first time. All the staff have shown me nothing but professionalism and kindness. I can$0027t say enough good about them!

My wisdom teeth had progressively been getting more and more irritating so I decided it was time to get them removed. After a lot of research and many recommendations I called up Dr Allens office. My teeth were really hurting me and he scheduled me with only three days notice! Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the office is spotless and organized. Next I was assisted by a nurse to get my 3D x rays done on a state of the art very detailed digital x ray machine. Then I was seated in the operating room where Dr Allen went over the x Ray images and I learned that my teeth were an exceptionally difficult case. My lower wisdom teeth were impacted into the bone and the roots were curved and basically touching the nerve and blood vessel that goes through the jaw. The bone around the lower wisdom teeth was beginning to erode from trapped bacteria that could have caused major problems had the teeth not been removed. The upper wisdom teeth were positioned even worse! Both were angled nearly straight to the back of my mouth with one of them protruding into the sinus cavity and the roots curved upwards. Dr Allen went over all the possible risks including a possible fissure into the sinus in a worst case scenario. I decided to have all four wisdom teeth removed based on his extensive attention to detail to avoid all possible worst case scenarios and achieve the most effective outcome. I waited for one surgery before me and then was escorted by a nurse to the operating room where she gave me lots of advice on post op care and was very friendly. Then the surgery crew came in, made sure I was comfortable and LIGHTS OUT. I am writing this review just one day after surgery because I am so happy with the results. The sutures are very tight and I feel there are no gaps in my gum tissue despite the massive holes left from the teeth being removed and at such difficult angles to reach. It feels so good to have my nasty wisdom teeth removed. I feel like a dolfin that has been freed from a tangled fishing net. Dr Allen also called the same evening to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend this professional operation to anyone who wants the best possible outcome. A+++
