I literally recommend this office to everyone. I put my family on them and they agree that its pretty much the best one. I literally was traumatized when the last dentist I went to made me cry cause he left me in so much pain. When I came across this place I was a little skeptical but the Dr. Is awesome, he$0027s so gentle and literally gives a play by play on whats happening. I love that he does warn you if something is going to cause any discomfort. I got my teeth done (a bridge, and crown) and I$0027m so happy with how everything came out. I loved the fact that we were on the same page of how my teeth were to look. I$0027m more than happy with how everything came out. Their AWESOME!!!

This Dentist, Hands down is the best office I$0027ve been to. The office is very clean and spacious and Kid friendly. The Assistants are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and at home. They answered any and every question I had, and did a great job with my little ones!!!. The Dentist made me and my kids feel safe. When the Dentist numbed me I Hardly felt a thing. The Dentist was very gentle and thorough, he explained everything to me before I decided to start anything. He also involved me with everything that had to do with my kids and their teeth. My kids and I left very satisfied with my fillings and the Hygienist did an amazing cleaning on all of us. The Kids even got Balloons for a simple check up. Before I left the Doctor sat down with me and set up my personal treatment plan, with me so that I can maintain my teeth and to keep my smile beautiful. I wish I would have known of this place sooner. I don$0027t live to close to the office but its worth the drive. If you$0027re looking for a new dentist and your not sure where to go I highly recommend this office.

My dentist office that we had for many years stopped covering my insurance. I found this dental office about a yr ago based on reviews and the cleaness of this place. The dentist was rude when I declined to add floride to my children$0027s teeth cleaning and for desensitizer for 2 small white filings due to the extra cost that my insurance didn$0027t cover. Recommended ortho for my 13yr old to a tune of $4,500 according to the dentist my insurance doesn$0027t cover which I know its not true when asked for a referral the receptionist flat tells me to call my insurance. Asked what does my insurance cover? No response. Dont get me started on my treatment plan despite being told I was getting a small discount. Didn$0027t review our personal information either. They treat you based on your insurance. Noted that they dont have the same office staff from a year ago. BEWARE!! Look somewhere else!

Just had my first visit here and it was absolutely wonderful! Like most, I$0027m anxious before visiting the dentist, but everyone is so nice and pleasant here that it$0027s easy to feel relaxed. Worst dentist I have ever been to waited 2 months for an aproval for my insurance so i call insurance they tell me the dentist never sent x-rays to them they requested mind you I have called Jurupa Springs Family Dentistry over eight times to check on status of the approval then I finally start to get the work done and the doctor is having problems numbing my tooth that had a prior infection on so then they give me a referral to Loma Linda which doesn$0027t take my insurance and they assured me they did so then I called back and let ask them if i would have to start the approval process over at a new Dentistry or if I would be able to carry it over they assured me that I wouldn$0027t have to start over which would take possible couple more months meanwhile I have been in pain for going on 3 months now doctor does not seem very caring here I definitely would not recommend this place the receptionist are obviously not educated because I gave me lots of invalid information
