I$0027ll start off by saying my mouth is jacked up from years of seizures bad descision. I hate the dentist. I did alot of research before choosing one. I ended up here at smile design. I was not disappointed the staff are all top notch in my experience. Very friendly place the Dr. Is right there with them. I had 3 root canals done and he made sure at every step if I had any discomfort it was corrected immediately. Small thing they do not handle root canals on back teeth or , molars, but honestly I would much rather be set up to be seen by a specialist because I have hooked roots. But in all the staff, the doctor, and I all connected on a personal level and I will be back to continue my treatment here. 5 stars guys!!!!

My dentist of many years had just retired and I was in need of a dentist. A friend of mine recommended this office so I decided to give them a try. I made the call with a sore tooth they got me in the same day. The person on the phone was very friendly. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very warm friendly face.. the young lady asked to fill out some paperwork, and then the doctor would see me. I turned in the paperwork and was promptly taken into a dental room where a wonderful staff member took some info from me and said it would be a few minutes. A short time later the doctor came in to greet me, he was extremely personable once he reviewed my exrays he determined that I had not cracked or hurt the tooth and recommended some over the counter pain meds and come back on 2 weeks for a check up. I never felt any push for extra work I only felt compassion at all times. Im going to start using this office permanently. Great job you guys. Rick

TERRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY!! I went there to get a crown and a doctor grinded my tooth so much that the area is very irritated and every time I eat it hurts and I$0027m afraid to go back there, two dentists told me that I now need crown lengthening and a new crown as that area is very irritated, and hurts me every single day.
I forgot the doctors name that did the work but he was a Dominican doctor. He was in s rush to finish, it$0027s sad because I have 10 crowns in my mouth and I$0027ve never had this issue before where a dentist causes pain instead of taking it away!
UPDATE: I spoke to Heather the manager from the office as she commented under my review and asked for me to call her, what a WASTE of time she said she would talk to cooperate about the situation and would call me back, I called her after two weeks and she said she will call me back to let me know what they say, two weeks later nothing! she never bothered calling me back, she was just trying to talk me into removing the review.

This location/dentist pretty much summed up why I dislike dentist. Although everyone$0027s experience is bound to be different, I am still human and would have still appreciated a little customer service. I have always been picky with where I go with my teeth. Maybe one dentist is too pricey, and others just don$0027t show passion. I was looking for a local dentist office to become my primary dental physician. I was so looking forward to getting braces etc, but I needed to start with a basic cleaning to move forward. I was hesitant only because I truly hated my teeth. Having someone else check my mouth and only agree on all the bad things that I was already thinking was my biggest fear. It truly is people$0027s vulnerability to sit in that chair. After not only my fear coming true, it was multiple staff members also agreeing and stating opinions that lead me to no longer showing up for my actuall cleaning. I took it elsewhere.. I cried in my car of humiliation. If they$0027d only ask me what my goal was with my teeth I would$0027ve have shared I was working on them and that my plan was to close the spaces in my teeth. All I needed was a cleaning to move forward. I specifically remember one of the staff members take me to do an xray saying «oh! I hadn$0027t noticed your front gap there. (She then taps the gap) I am now in position to scan and remember the feeling of «I cant wait till this is over». She then says, «We definitely need to get that fixed for ya. Not attractive.»……Long story short, please consider your words. Although they may mean well, words still hurt.
I am now confident in my new and transformed teeth after going to another location that was willing to guide and not judge my process.

I need to start by saying I have always been scared of the dentist….I have panic attacks that affect my breathing an anxiety that is so severe I feel as if Im having a heart attack. I let the staff know this in advance. An they where so understanding an helpful.I can honestly say I enjoyed my visit to the dentist for the first time in my life.. The women who did my plaster mold was amazing .she told me if I moved my feet just slightly it would help stop me from having a panic attack she also allowed me to sit strait up an not have to lay back on chair while she worked on my mouth. Everytime she felt I was feeling anxious she say kick your feet watch your feet an it honstly worked. At the end of my office visit I thanked her so much an was telling her I never knew moving your feet helped with panic attacks she started smiling an giggling an said to me she made that up just to help take my mind off of wat she was doing … She was awsome the best shes a mom of 3 boys so she knew what to do with helping me get threw this appointment. ..there awsome at the lakeland office on Robin rd not to mention how clean the office an staff are.. an corona 19 safe
