Best dentist in the area. Dr Cichon cares about his patients. Makes every effort to educate you. His entire staff is very knowledgeable. Even my daughter loves going there. Shes been to pediatric dentists (who youd think know how to care for children). However, Dr Cichon is the one she prefers. Hes very gentle with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. I had a fear of dentists for 20 years after experiencing military dentistry and Dr Cichon was able to get me to come back and feel comfortable again. Highly recommend.

Horrible!!! First of all, anytime you call they do not answer the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. I had a filling fall out and wanted to become a new patient because a friend had recommended Dr Cochin because he was friendly and would work with you on payments (I currently do not have heath insurance and would have been a self pay patient.). She put me on hold again and got back on the phone with some excuse about how they would need to take X-rays during the cleaning and this would be very expensive. I told her I would pay for the cleaning but would need to wait for insurance to have the X-rays done. She told me that if they fixed the filling they knew I would not return for a cleaning. They definitely will not work with you, they are not understanding whatsoever. The women at the front desk is rude and disrespectful. I refuse to give my money to an office like this. From the start all they were worried about was taking my money. I didn$0027t even step foot in the door before they were harassing me for money.
