I loved this place Ive been bringing my two young kids here for about 2 years now and never had any issues until today. Because of what happened today I already switched to a different dentist because of dr. Roy. He was rude and had no patience for my 6 year old son to get a filling done. The other dentists have all quit probably because of him and how rude he is. Severely disappointed I will miss the hygienist for sure.

Great Place. At first I was a little skeptical based on reviews but since taking my family here have had nothing but great experiences. Brought my 4 year old in for his first check up and they did everything possible to make sure that he wasnt scared and made it really fun for him. Also brought my wife in there for a check up and cleaning and they found a cavity. At first they tried taking out the cavity to fill it but ended not filling it due to it hurting her and being so deep. They thought she would need a root canal so we scheduled an appointment for one. The next week we came in and saw DR Roy. He looked at her teeth and asked if she had any pain in the tooth. She told him no but her gums were swollen from the prior visit. He recommended waiting two months to give her tooth a chance to survive instead of going for a root canal right away. They also prescribed some medicinal mouthwash to help her gums. Her gums ended up healing and we are waiting to go back in for a permanent filling now. Just glad to hear they are not all about money and really cared about saving her tooth.

He was so informative about everything and went over all the options I had in the moment and in the future. His staff is amazing so professional and willing to help. Ive had great experiences in the past and the front office staff has always been friendly! My son was scared (hes 5) but has been seen there before, they see my whole family. He had a sore tooth and wasnt exactly cooperating with the dentist; however he wasnt hysterical or biting. After 3 minutes in the room she took off her mask and told me I would have to bring him somewhere else. I am SO disappointed. I feel like very little effort was made to calm him or make him feel better and when claiming your a pediatric dentist I would expect SOME effort. Additionally her quick dismissal made me feel as if our patronage and our loyalty wasnt appreciated! I wont be supporting their business any longer.

He thinks he is the only one who knows what is wrong and if you offer a different opinion he tries to make you look stupid.
