Very nice and clean dentist office BUT my only issue and concern I have is when I took my child to his appointment the doctor came in the room and he did not have any gloves on and proceeded to examine my son$0027s teeth without them. Before my son$0027s surgery in January I need for East Bay dental surgery to reassure me that all safety protocols will be taken seriously before they remove my son from my care after what I experienced I hope and pray that no other parent has to experience what I did as patients we put our trust in these doctors and a doctor is the last person I would expect to make such a huge mistake we as people have to do better at protecting ourselves and others from the spread of covid-19.. and just an FYI you are supposed to make sure after dealing with every patient that you wash your hands thoroughly and you have gloves and a mask on there$0027s no excuse for it.

What ended up being a lengthy process trying to find a good medical approved dentist for my daughter , it finally came to an end thanks to East Bay Dental. From the initial consultation to her actual surgery date it has been a very humbling and happy process to know that my daughter is getting the treatment she deserves. Our son required emergency dental care due to an infection/abscess. Our dentist referred us to East Bay Dental Surgery and we couldn$0027t be any more happier with that referral. The receptionist, Martha, was really welcoming and empathetic with our situation and was able to help us expedite the process through Medi-Cal. The anesthesiologist, Dr Zadeh was also very helpful and professional in answering all of our questions and was very empathetic as well. The pediatric dentist, Dr. Uppula did an amazing job with our son$0027s procedure. Our son felt very comfortable and trusting of the whole process and fought like a champion throughout the whole procedure which usually seems daunting and traumatic for most kids. We$0027re glad in knowing that the treatment plan they formulated will be beneficial for our son in the short-term in getting out of pain and discomfort as well as the long-term in order to prepare our son$0027s permanent teeth to set in without any issues.
