I had a good visit and a bad visit here before pandemic. I still think Henry is good until last visit a few days ago. I scheduled an appointment online and made a note says I need to take treatment for re-cement and filling. On the day I visited, the receptionist told me that I scheduled for a cleaning which is system default setting. That was ridiculous. After I explained to two receptionists, one told me That they can do re-cement to me today. So I waited about 40 minutes but no any dentist showed up. I asked the receptionist how long I had to wait and one told me that No estimate time is available. I really were mad at Henry. I do not recommend this dentistry.
P.S.: the receptionists are professional and good.

I had a great experience here. The staff is VERY welcoming and friendly, and the facility is very clean, inviting, and modern. Parking was super easy.
I went in for a cleaning and was told that not only do they have this brick and mortar location but also a mobile vehicle where they come to you. I$0027m not sure exactly how that works but I saw the big vehicle outside.
I would definitely recommend this business. Although I preferred to be tech-free when I went, you can watch Netflix while you$0027re in the massage chair.

I was absolutely please with my visit. My hygienist took her time with my treatment and made sure to explain each aspect of the process as well as offer advice along the way. I was extremely nervous going back to the dentist after a bad experience and after this Im a convert and cant wait to come back. I went to the office today and had Nicole as my hygienist. She was awesome. She had a few funny stories and cared about making sure I was comfortable. On top of that the technology is top notch and they check bone mass (which Ive never had done). Overall great experience for my cleaning.

Dentists give me anxiety. I$0027ve avoided it for years. Henry has changed the game with their compassionate care, highly personable staff, and gentle touch. Cannot say enough good things about this Henry the Dentist! Most importantly, they are extremely convenient AND honor appointment times (that$0027s right – no waiting in a waiting room to be seen). The hygienists explain everything they are doing and at the end you are able to see exactly what insurance was billed and how much you owe…no waiting weeks after your appointment to get your bill in the mail. One of my other favorite things is that Henry the Dentist did not try to upsell me on their products but instead educated me on my available options.

I did a review a few months ago where I gave this dental practice 4 stars and I felt compelled to delete it because things went downhill
since then. I along with my 2 children were patients here and I will never go back again. They have told me they did work on my daughter that was never done and overcharged me and the insurance company for work that was never done. When I go in to get some clarity on what work was done they took X-rays and had to re-check my daughter to find out what they did or didnt do. Then they had the audacity to charge the insurance for what they had to do to check their own mistake. For months Ive been trying to resolve this with minimal success yet they keep sending me bills when they have yet to tell me they finally figured out what I actually owe and how much they owe the insurance company. The office is beautiful but after what Ive been through its not worth it literally and figuratively.

In 2018 my wife paid $5,000 USD to this company for an Invisalign treatment. They detailed that she would follow the program at home, visit this office towards the end of the treatment and receive a retainer.
We recently made an appointment to have her checked. The customer service rep failed at doing his job correctly which led her to be in the office for a total of 3hours. We were unhappy, went home, but ultimately let things go.
Fast forward to today, we received a call from Henry, telling my wife that they no longer will work with her, and that she needs to find a new provider. Upon asking if her original $5,000 payment will be utilized for the final treatment and retainer, she was told it depends on the new provider.
This is shady business, just because their income was paid in a lump sum, they now refuse service 2 years later. My wife has been in their office a total of 1 time following her first appointment in 2018, and now were being discarded, and their agreement to provide a retainer seem to be no longer valid.
They did not complete their part of their agreement. Do not go here, if you plan on getting Invisalign for yourself, youll regret it toward the end of your treatment when they try to hit you with additional charges… very deceptive.

Searching for a dentist at short notice (broken tooth) I found that everything was either fully booked or poorly rated – Henry the Dentist; and specifically Dr Marantz – was able to make an appointment and had great write-ups online…. From the welcoming and professional administrative staff who I dealt with via phone, email and in person to Dr Marantz herself everyone was incredibly friendly whilst also completely professional and knowledgeable.
I needed a decent amount of work done and Dr Marantz took the time to explain everything; lay out options and work with me on what was best… The work itself was incredibly professionally done and Dr Marantz ensured at all points that I was comfortable and not suffering any unnecessary pain.
The location was spotless, equipment was new and nice touches like wireless headphones to listen to whatever I wanted (The Office on Netflix) helped distract me from anything I didn$0027t want to listen to!
The administrative team helped me navigate my insurance and ensured that I was not left to fend for myself there either.
I rarely leave reviews but I remember my frustration trying to find a dentist that worked for me at short notice – if you$0027re in the same situation choose these guys!

Ive been going to Henry the Dentist in New Providence for about a year now for my Invisalign treatment and cavity fillings. My dentist, Dr Marantz is kind, attentive and knowledgeable! She makes sure that Im made comfortable and pain free during procedures. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Sammie, the secretary, is always so kind and willing to help. I actually lost 2 of my Invisalign trays and Sammie did a great job with keeping me updated on the status of the trays. My teeth are looking great and Im close to finishing my Invisalign treatment. Facility is very clean and modern. The aesthetic is definitely the best Ive seen; it makes me feel like Im not actually at the dentist! I love that I can watch Netflix during wait times, although theres hardly any wait times. The Netflix also came in handy when they were working on my fillings, as it distracted me from the procedure!
Ive also been to the mobile dentist in Jersey City. Its also clean, with friendly staff. Very cool and innovative concept.

I really wanted to like this dentist but my experience was terrible. They came to my job and offered their services on site for convenience. Long story short it was anything but convenient. There was only one person checking people in and out, and she was very pushy and could improve her customer service skills. I arrived for my appointment and had to wait for over 20 minutes to be checked in. I was told the visit would be an hour, that was not the case. I ended up having to leave before having anything done because of time. They do have nice chairs that massage you and TVs with headphones. Its a great idea with poor execution. The trailer is so cramped that its uncomfortable and feels rushed, which is not what I want to experience while having my teeth cleaned. I have a regular dentist but wanted to try this out because it was supposed to be convenient. In hindsight I shouldve realized going to a dentist in a trailer of a parking lot probably wasnt the best idea, even if they are licensed.

Had a wonderful experience! Had a teeth cleaning and a new night guard made when I went this Dec. Staff were super helpful and the dentist answered all my questions. My son was the first to try HENRY (mobile) at his workplace. He had good things to say so I decided to give them a try. After all, their office is right in my town!
My first appointment was for a checkup/cleaning. When I arrived I must admit I was a bit surprised. Didn$0027t expect to see that kind of layout – it was nice. Bright and cheery (the back massaging chair was nice too). Lots of smiles and warm welcomes. My checkup went great. It was good to see some updated technology at work (as opposed to what I was used to). Upon conclusion, it was determined I needed a bit of additional work so I came back for a follow up a week later. By luck, I met Justin the owner which was nice. Dr Marantz (and Marika -might not have spelled that right:) did a fantastic job. Took great care of me. Many thanks to them both. See in you in 6 months!

DONT GO HERE! Worst dentist office I ever went to. I tried hard to make things work out with them but every single experience was atrocious. All they care about is ripping you off for as much money as possible; nothing else matters. They are very unprofessional, cancelled my appointments multiple times, gave me different prices for same treatment plans, and did unnecessary work on my teeth just so they can collect payments from insurance.
