The dentist is a very nice and pleasant person who is very competent at his job. As such, I attempted to schedule several follow up appointments to have additional work done.
Unfortunately, their front desk person, Wilbur or Wilmer, is absolutely awful at his job. I should have just walked out the door the first time I walked in the door. There was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 10 minutes and this guy walked in the front door with arms full of food picking at it with his hands and eating it as he is talking to me. Then wiping his mouth with his sleeve.
Also at my first appointment no one in the office knew what I had been scheduled for despite my desperate attempts to explain to them about the wholenin the tooth. Because their front desk person didn$0027t write down my exact issues they didn$0027t actually schedule the doctor to see me but only the hygienist for a cleaning. If I hadn$0027t caused a ruckus about the hole in my tooth, their first option was to reschedule me for the following week.
So again, if you can actually set an appointment and possibly see the doctor then you will receive good service. Otherwise, good luck getting care at this place.
