I really an impressed by the hospitality this place shared with me. I went in yesterday for consultation then worked with me on starting my bridge work today. They also fit me in after I was late due to traffic. They accepted a payment plan to cover my responsibility after insurance without care credit. Considering the bad reviews I wasnt expecting to be this satisfied but I have nothing but good things to say.

I went to the Gardendale Aspen in pain and very nervous. My dentist put me at ease. I had a bad infection but my dentist painlessly removed some teeth. From the receptionist to the tech to my dentist and the lovely lady that helped me with a payment plan it was a positive experience. And I cant remember saying that about going to the dentist in a while. Going to the dentist unnerves me but they were very helpful at making me comfortable so they could do their jobs.

The registration process was excellent! The young woman was met with about six people and handled it with ease! X-rays (though numerous) was administered by a young lady that smiled and was very professional and friendly! I very much enjoyed the other services by the hygienist and dentist. They explained everything to me like I was an adult and did not speak down to me. It also helped that I watched TV while they were working and busy. The only reason for 3 stars was the consultation/exit process. Although the young lady apologized and was professional, I waited close to two hours to leave. It was unbelievable! They refuse to do me a remake (the assistants and the doctor has seen and agreed to the issues I was having) yet rather give me my money back QUICKLY when a remake was all I want. I went in to have to have my 2 front teeth looked about and serviced because I am a talker and love to smile. I quickly learned that I had other stuff going on.
Aspen Dental worked with me on a plan that works well with my dental insurance, and my time. Best of all, my out of pocket was minimal. I am pleased with my dental plan and I am on the road to a healthier mouth.

The first time I went here I staff was friendly and helpful. I thought I finally found a dentist I could go to. Oh boy was I wrong. After a month I got a bill of $550. Comes Monday morning she apologized for the mistake, but I still have to pay the bill. I insurance didnt cover that, but they put it in as it was covered with I signed the paper agreeing to what the bills would be. I was told that I should of been aware of what my insurance covered. After a few words I still ended up having to pay 40% of the cost for their mistakes in the beginning. I wanted to come back and get more works done, but now I wont be returning nor will anybody I know.

I have been looking for a dentist to get a tooth pulled i called set up my appointment very quickly. My appointment was at 10 this morning i got here 20 mins prior only to be told I wouldn$0027t get out of here u til 1- maybe 2. 3 other people have been called back including someone who came in after me. If I knew I was literally going to be in a dentist office for 4-5 hours I wouldve chosen a different one to go to. Not to mention I drove over 45 mins away just to come here.
