Been coming here for about 2 years now, office is always clean and the people are courteous. Everyone I have seen always does a good job and I leave feeling I had good care. I highly recommend Natomas Crossing Dental Care, I$0027ve been going to them for 10+ years and have never once had a bad experience. Even as they have grown and expanded and moved, everything was seamless and their staff is always so friendly and happy (happy to be at work…?? that says a LOT!) My kids have been going there since they were super young as well and Dr. Sheila Harris always made them feel comfortable- she is amazing!! I visited this office for the first time after receiving a recommendation from a family member. The dental hygienist was kind, gentle, and shared a lot of information with me about what she was doing and she asked me a lot of questions about what was important to me. I appreciated all the communication. The RDA and dentist that I met with were also kind and gentle. Today was my initial visit with Dr. Harris at Natomas Crossing Dental Care. I enjoyed every moment from the tour after registration to the detailed oral exam. Everyone in the office seemed happy and smiled which made me feel more comfortable. I even received a gift bag and offered bottled water. The office was clean, updated, and welcoming. They give you headphones to listen to music during the appointment to drown out all the sound of the drilling. Ive been going here for years and been very happy…. that all changed a few months ago. I went in and had a few cavities filled, it seemed like a good visit but when my mouth was no longer numb I had pain and couldnt chew on one of the teeth that were filled. I went back for a cleaning 2-3 weeks later and told them about it and they said the filling needed to be redone that there might be micro cracks in the tooth and a new filling might fix the pain. I came in and Dr. Harris refilled the tooth but I could already tell it was probably not a good fix. I wasnt charged again for the treatment and I was told that if the pain persisted to return. I waited 2 weeks or so and called to make an appointment because the pain was now worse. I was told it would be about 5 weeks to get back in for an evaluation and was quite upset about that. They put me on a call list for cancellations. I was called about a week later and told I could come in the next day ( today). I went in and was told I needed a crown and that my copay was going to be several hundred dollars and that the filling I had already paid for would not be credited toward the bill. I feel that because its the third time I had to take off work and because it was not done properly twice that they should split the copay with me. Dr. Harris told me that they cannot be negotiated with and I would have to pay the full amount. Im not okay with paying several times to have the same problem fixed without concern for my time or funds and without an apology or the like. I own a few small businesses and because I care about my client base I make sure that if there are issues with the way my clients are treated they are compensated in some way because I value them. I am 100% certain that they are more concerned about a few hundred dollars now than the care of my health and the future business they lost today. I have a family of nine and Ive sadly referred several people here. I will gladly patronize another facility for my oral care from here on out and will certainly not be referring them henceforth.

I literally just left the dental office. I had two wisdom teeth that were bothering me and they managed to take care of me by removing the teeth same day as my consultation. My first time being here to check my wisdom tooth and the staffs are very friendly. Jervis was my nurse for today and he was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable being there. I am so thankful and impressed with NCDC, I was visiting from another state and my temporary crown fell off. I called at 2:45pm on a Friday in a bit of a panic getting ready to go into a 3-day holiday weekend. The office said they could get me in at 3:10pm. Upon arrival parking was easy, the staff was friendly, and the office was impeccably clean. I was then given a tour taken back by Rome the Dental hygienist, he was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. He and the Doctor, I didnt get to catch his name, were in good spirits, really attentive to my concerns and made the experience the five stars they deserve. I cant say how thankful I am. A simple thank you wasnt enough. I really appreciate the help and care I was given.

Ive been a patient of Dr Harris for a dozen years. Always have been happy with the care and attention to detail. Today I had Larry who was a new hygienist to me. He was caring, professional, shared what he was doing every step of the way and made recommendations for things I could do at home. Noone wants to gonto the dentist, this team makes it easier.
