I am a patient here and even tho the dentist looked younger than me i had a chipped tooth and he did such a good job im so happy but now i cant get an appointment for the life of me.

Ive been going to this dentistry for a year now. All the staff are extremely friendly and the dentists are amazing. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I am extremely grateful for them. I am part of the working poor class and Im grateful that there are places like this that I can go to to receive dental treatment. I do wish there were more of them because it does take awhile to get seen, but this isnt their fault.

Really bad customer service! The check-in secratrary was really rude from the start. I wasnt being rude, a simple Hey, how are you? is all I said and she was supper rude when trying to check-in. Keep in mind Ive been coming here for years. I understand that it might have been a rough day but still doesnt give her the right to treat people so poorly. Extremely unexceptionable and she shouldnt have a customer service job if she cant control the way she responds to clients. FYI, without paying customers, you wont have a job. Keep that in mind.
