I had a gold crown that came off and needed to be replaced. Dr. Pitt was able to work me in, and in one visit he resurfaced the tooth, scanned my mouth with a computer, created the new porcelain crown while I waited and I walked away the same day with my new permanent crown. Amazing! No temporary crown! It$0027s now 3 months later, and I couldn$0027t be more pleased. The staff is friendly, works quickly and efficiently, and I had a zero pain experience. I$0027ve been back for cleanings since then, and have no complaints. Highly recommend!

I$0027ve come back three times thinking maybe they were busy or had a bad day but it seems I assumed incorrectly judging by the fact that it$0027s always that way and everything is rushed. I was also was treated as an inconvenience by the doctor both times I saw him.
It was also nice to find out upon getting a second opinion that a filling he did not even a year ago was still too bulky and needed to be polished down and it wasnt even covering all of the surface that it needed to cover. He also did literally nothing to find better options than pulling a tooth for the dental treatment I needed. Thank god I found it somewhere else.

I am pleased that Pitt Family Dentistry is so close to my neighborhood. It is a very nice dental clinic with plenty of parking spaces. The entire staff is very friendly and resourceful. Because I had made appointments in advance, I was treated as soon as I arrived with minimum waiting time (or may be due to COVID?) All the hygienists are friendly and they schedule you with the same hygienist so you develop a rapport. They know me and my family.
I have had to have several root canals and crowns because of my poor dental care. 1 visit to Dr. Pitt, and its cleaned and fixed. Their ability to manufacture their own crowns on site is amazing. My girlfriend had to get a crown and choose to go to another shall we say dental company. Took them 4 separate visits, with 4 separate dentists start to finish. Nobody has time for that.

I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist…. this fear goes back to when I was a child. Usually, I require something to calm my nerves before having a procedure done but this time I chose to not ask for anything in advance or while at the office. I did fine though I was still a little nervous. I think when you can trust your doctor and not forget to tell yourself to breath it makes any procedure that much easier. As someone who absolutely hates the dentist, I was dreading having to go again. But, I just visited Dr. Pitt for the first time this past week and had a wonderful experience! He and his staff are so nice and very helpful. They took the time to break down the cost of all of the extensive dental work I will have to have done and even took the time to recommend 3 orthodontists in the area for when I get my braces on. Wonderful experience!
