The two ladies at the front desk were very professional and welcoming. The dental assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable (she gave me helpful dental hygiene tips along the way). Im am really excited to have found this dental office. Everyone from the front desk to the back assistants and especially the Dentist were so kind to me. I like everyone else dread going to the dentist but this man was so kind and made sure my anxiety was settled before proceeding. Alaska Dental Arts staff are a super nice group, especially the receptionist. However, the huge sign on their building proclaiming free teeth whitening is super misleading. Sure, you get teeth whitening, but, it is the same stuff you can buy at a store, not a professional teeth whitening. Then, after they took casts of my teeth for teeth whitening trays, I never received a call back to get the whitening done. Also, I had to ask several times about the whitening. Finally, I called and told them to throw them away as I wouldn$0027t be coming back. I will definitely be looking for a different dentist because I feel like the teeth whitening was so misleading and a way to get you to make an appointment.
