My husband and I had gone to this clinc last year for cavity filling and root canal crown. The clinic is following all covid 19 protocols and place is well kept and hygenic.
We had 2 issues where the staff didnt prompty place the order for antibiotics to our pharmacy and we had to call them twice to get it done. Its not fun to experience pain when anesthetic wears off for a dental procedure!
Secnodly, its regarding invisalign. Stop pushing this advertisement to all patients. I had genuinely enquired about it but seeing the push for it, I decided not to get it done in their clinic.
At the same time, my husband has pretty aligned teeth naturally, which they themselves said during the first visit. He had one last follow up regarding his treatment and realised later that his follow up visit was scheduled more for just an invisalign ad. We found it extremely unprofessional.

I havent been to the dentist since I was a child but I came here after looking up reviews and was surprised by how comfortable all the employees made me feel immediately.
I am an anxious person so for me to feel comfortable with people poking around my face is saying something! They dont do the best at keeping track of your payments but the dentists themselves are great!

A month back, Dr. Gassan Hawari took care of my fillings and crown and I was amazed at the perfect fit of the crown, starting from the measurements to the fitting. Just completed a procedure with Dr. Dobee. The dental experience was professional, patient centered and compassionate. They listened to my requests, accommodated my special needs and made it pleasant. Staff work together, get to know their patients and treat them as family. My family has seen Dr. Dobee for the past 15 years. Dr. Dobee is truly a caring dentist. When one of my work colleagues had a broken front tooth on a Sunday and the next day was a holiday, I contacted Dr. Dobee via text. She prescribed my colleague an antibiotic and pain medicine to sustain her till her own dentist could see her. Then Dr. Dobee followed up with a call to ensure her well being. Dr. Dobee is an exceptional human being. Her involvement in community service, underserved populations and children speaks volumes. The office itself is a spa experience. The architecture reflects the surrounding Mission San Jose district . Enjoy views of the foothills, palm lined streets and wild turkeys from some of the dental chairs. Warm face towellets, neck support pillows and blankets are provided for client comfort. Dr. Dobee herself is upbeat, cheerful and an expert in her field and easily puts her patients at ease. For an unique, five star professional dental care experience I highly recommend Dr. Dobee and her team.
