This was my first visit. Just a consultation this time around. Dr Henderson came out a introduced himself while I was filling out all of the forms. Never had this happen before. This kind of personal touch is almost non existent these days. The entire staff is very friendly. All my questions were answered. I am very satisfied at this point and will be using their services from now on.

Had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed at the last minute and the office staff was very accommodating and kind. Dr. Henderson was attentive and quick, but made sure I was pain free the entire time. Roger also made sure I was set up with a super affordable payment plan and treated me with compassion and understanding about my financial situation. Overall the best visit Ive ever had at a dentists office.

Wonderful, welcoming experience! I had a dental emergency and called several places only to be told I either had to wait weeks, or at least several days since I was not already a patient at that office. I called PV Dentistry and spoke to Roger, who was so sympathetic and got me in a few hours later, on a Friday no less! I was welcomed by both Roger and Tammy when I arrived and immediately felt cared for. It was a great, personal, small town feel – like I was a person instead of just another number. Dr. Henderson was fantastic. He clearly cared about my comfort, explained everything to me and gave me all of my options, then worked diligently to resolve my problem with a long term solution. I highly recommend this office to everyone no matter what the dental need. The entire staff is welcoming, full of sincerity, and truly care about their patients.

I highly recommend PV Dentistry! I HATE going to the dentist, but I had a filling fall out during flossing and not only did they get me in the same day, but from the minute I entered, I was greeted by name by the front desk, the Dr came out to the lobby and introduced himself before I headed back to the chair, and the staff was so friendly, I was put at ease immediately. I have never had a dentist appointment that they didnt numb me properly but this was a first. The care and non painful procedure was a five star experience. Trust me, I will be telling everyone I know about this amazing experience and the work they did is so beautiful, you cant even tell that half of my tooth was gone before I came in. Such a great experience all the way around!

I COULD NOT have been happier and more impressed by this business. Roger is one of the best communicator I$0027ve met and has incredible customer service skills. He made the whole process so easy and honestly enjoyable (hard to do at a dentist office). Every staff member I encountered made me feel so welcome and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I just moved from Wisconsin and tried numerous dental offices before landing on one I love and it was amazing, but PV Dentistry is next level! Today$0027s visit was unique too because I had to cut my vacation short due to the onset of pain I assumed was coming from my tooth that had a root canal done in the past. This happened before to my other root canal and I was worried about the pain and not being able to get in anywhere until Monday. They were the only place open on Saturday I could find and I called, was greeted by Roger and was assured I could come in that day and they stayed open later than their posted hours and worked me in. They promptly took X-rays, diagnosed the issue, got me my antibiotic prescription and got me an appointment to remove the tooth in 4 days (the soonest the antibiotics could do their job). This is truly a special business. Thank you to them!

The dentist scares me but I decided to go on my mom$0027s recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The staff were warm and welcoming and that really calmed my nerves.
Thomas, my hygienist, was very personable and professional. He went through everything in detail with me while he did my x-rays and my cleaning. He also took an interest in me and we talked a bit about gaming. He definitely took the time to get to know me as a person and not just another customer. Best part was that there was no discomforts during the cleaning, which was another welcome surprise.

I needed to get in to see a dentist right away for an extraction and even tho they were book they were able to get me in. The staff was great! Due to the emergency PV Dentistry got me in within two hours and they were all fantastic. From reception to the Dental assistant Liz and Thomas who gave me the initial numbing shots. I was really stressed but Thomas was a wizard with the shots and I was amazed how little pain I felt. After x-rays a guy cam in and briefed me on the costs that I thought was very reasonable. Dr. Henderson was very nice and removed the two molars with little discomfort. Dr. Henderson runs his business like a swiss watch and is very nice and respectful to his staff and clients. I am 67 and this is the best Dentist I have ever been to. So glad I found him. They are fantastic.

It was late in the afternoon and everywhere else was closed. Dr Henderson made time for me with less than half an hour before closing as a new patient! I became a member and have had excellent care there ever since. On more than one occasion Dr. Henderson came in on his day off to treat an urgent matter. Super friendly staff. Nice relaxed environment; yet still very professional. All my options were clearly communicated and the dentist was able to do my procedure without any pain. Even the initial shot to numb my mouth was totally pain free. I would definitely recommend Pv dentistry and Dr. Henderson… I will absolutely be using them again.
