I booked an appointment over 2 months ago. when i got to advantage 15 minutes early i was told they had to cancel my appointment. They had the wrong phone number on file but why didnt i receive something in the mail saying that they canceled my appointment? The girl at the front desk said everyone has checked in today so i can get you in in August. Another month and a half! Im pretty upset to say the least. It would be nice if they have to cancel an appointment and i had no knowledge of this maybe they could get me in before another 2 months like within the week seems fair.

I had a broken tooth removed and a crown out in another tooth that had been root canal from another provider. My experience with Advantage Dental was as good as I could have hoped for under some very painful circumstances. They got me in quickly and removed the tooth with precision. My mouth healed perfectly and Im extremely happy with the results. The same dentist did my crown and it came out perfectly. She worked very well with her assistants and the entire experience was very well run. The front desk was super helpful and called me with reminders and helped me out when I needed a reschedule. I dont understand the other negative reviews because that wasnt my experience at all. I definitely recommend Advantage Dental in Bend, Oregon.

Every time Ive made an appointment, its been cancelled. I know this is a hard time for people and staffing can be short staffed. I$0027ve read many negative reviews on here, but my experiences have only been positive. I had a cleaning and a dental filing today and Dr. Cody Negrete and hygienist Kiara. They were both wonderful and made me feel very comfortable (as I know dentist visits can nerve racking). I told Cody how nervous I was because I had never had a filing before and he walked be through the whole thing and kept checking in throughout. He was so kind and informative and I would definitely go back to him! The front desk was talkative and cheerful as well.

I have major dental work to be done and have a cavity that is almost to my nerve, scheduled my appointment for 02/15/2021 at 8 am had taken the day off of work losing out on pay. I got an appointment online with them three months in advance and confirmed it with them the week after I made it. When I turned up three months later they had no record of an appointment and acted like it was no big deal, they could give me another appointment three weeks later. I refused to make another appointment because I dont want to work with people who are not only incapable of taking down an appointment but also didnt acknowledge the fact that they cost me three months when I could have found someone else. Its a shame that this is where you have to go if you have OHP. These people clearly dont care about the people they serve. I personally would rather go without a dentist then go back here. I had an appointment set a few months back but the day before the appointment they called to tell me my appointment wasnt an emergency so it wasnt happening (even though they called a week prior and said it was fine to come in, this was in the summer so it was after everything started opening back up). Extremely rude receptionist and now my whole family is looking into other options because this place is the worst in the area.

I was very scared coming into it and they tried their best to calm me down and move forward with the procedure. They got all 4 of my teeth out probably within 15 minutes. I called to make an appointment for 2 new patients. Left a voicemail. The answer machine said I would get a call back within 1 business day. Never got a call back. I came to Advantage Dental because my last dentist couldn$0027t fix my Dentures. He told me I would have to eat soft foods for the rest of my life. After over a year of trying to get them right, I gave up. Iknew their had to be a dentist who could help me. I was referred to Advantage Dental and I made a appointment. They got me right in, I was really happy. I got Teresa Waitsand boy was I amazed at how she saw what was wrong and got approval. She took wonderful care of me and said I was a challenge, as my bottom ridge in my mouth is almost gone. For the first time in years I can chew food, eat on the right side of my mouth and my mouth doesn$0027t hurt anymore. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Teresa. You are one in a million and I will refer you to everyone I know who wears denture.

My appointment for tomorrow has just been canceled AGAIN. This is the 6th cancellation this year. 3rd time they say the dentist is sick. New appointment is set back another couple of weeks into November. Beyond frustrated.
I have been trying to get my cracked tooth taken care of since December of 2019. This office has cancelled on me 4 TIMES, each time postponing my appointment by at least a month to 6 weeks. We$0027re going on 10 months and my tooth is still not fixed. My latest cancellation/postponement has me out until October 15th. What was originally going to be a filling, is now a root canal and a crown. In addition, they don$0027t return my phone calls, and will not put me on a «quick call» list for cancellations. The cleanings are just fine, I$0027m just very frustrated and disappointed with the constant appointment cancellations and the damage it has done to my tooth, which is in a lot of pain right now.

I cannot emphasize how efficient and helpful the staff here was. Dr. Dhillion and Kendal were able to numb and remove all four of my wisdom teeth within 15 minutes and from the time I filled out paperwork to walking out was less than an hour! Requiring emergency wisdom teeth removal especially during the pandemic, I was exceedingly grateful for their accomodating, kind, and incredibly skillful service. Dr Dillian pulled all of my upper teeth effortlessly. Almost at if it was second nature for him. The procedure was painless. After having my immediate dentures put in I finally had a smile I loved again! The recovery process has been flawless so far. Its been only two days since the procedure. I have recently had Dr Dillon extract many of my teeth in the last couple of weeks. I have dentist anxiety so bad. I also have health issues that can be affected. BUT he was amazing!! I have never had such an amazing experience professionally, compassionately and just being a good guy in a dentist setting. I wont let anyone else pull my teeth. I highly recommend him. And also, the Bend office is very clean and the staff is amazing, too. Thanks again Dr Dillion!
