Dr Haines is a wonderful dentist. I had a bad toothache and HATE going to the dentist. Dr. Haines and his staff made me feel comfortable and I was not scared at all. They gave me a same day emergency appointment and got me out of pain. I made an appointment for my cleaning and Im actually looking forward to it. I would definitely recommend Dr Haines if youre looking for a genuinely nice and caring dentist.

I was suffering from horrible on and off headaches with occasional pain in my teeth. After going to my physician and seeing multiple specialists I was still in pain so finally my doctor recommended me to see a dentist. My friend recommended Dr. Haines. He discussed my symptoms, then he took an X-ray a did a few minor tests. He located a tooth in my upper jaw that needed a root canal. He numbed me and for the first time ever I didnt feel the needle. After he quickly and painlessly completed the root canal, I was relieved of my symptoms, havent had a headache since. I totally commend Dr. Haines for his accurate diagnosis and relief of my symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Haines and his professional staff. I am now switching my family to his care. Thank you so much Dr Haines!

I cannot say ENOUGH good about Dr. Haines!! Never had any issues with my teeth until this one tooth now. Started in Summer 2020. Have been to 3 different dentists. NONE of whom knew exactly what they were doing with it obviously. Got progressively worse and worse until now over the holidays, I was in excruciating pain. Not knowing where to go at this point. He was recommended and I drove to his town, that Ive never been to before. What a Godsend!! I was out of this UNBEARABLY awful pain within minutes. Literally! He knew immediately what needed to be done. No hemming and hawing… he knew! I love that confidence and especially results with a Dr. HIGHLY recommend him! Am also switching my kids over to Dr. Haines. THANK YOU!!!!

Dr. Haines is such an understanding doctor and really makes his clients feel safe. his assistant nurse held my hand threw it all and the receptionist was so endearing. i am terrified of the dentist from past experiences. i have an anxiety disorder and i was literally bawling in his office actually having a panic attack. i had 2 small fillings (he did while xrays were coming back so quick) and an extraction he didnt hurt me one time. you literally can not feel the Novacaine at all. (in the roof of my mouth) he is so understanding as well as the staff. he is so gentle and reassuring no judgements. i will always recommend him, i felt very comfortable with him i even scheduled a second appointment. the best dentist i have had in years.

I$0027m so glad that I made the decision to make Dr. Haines my primary Dentist. I needed an emergency root canal and was experiencing excruciating nerve pain. Today was my first appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. Shortly after I met Dr. Haines who was also very friendly and professional. The Dr. was very detailed and made me feel at ease. From the start of the procedure all the way to the end he made sure I was comfortable. I did not experience any discomfort or pain while I was undergoing my procedure. A few hours have past and I$0027m home pain free. Hes very rough, and not gentle or kind in the least. I went in for a tooth with a hole in it, and apparently in order to tell me if it was salvageable he had to further drill into it which just made me loose most of the tooth for him to tell me it was not able to be fixed. He was drilling into the tooth, and causing severe pain. He asked if i was okay, and after i said no continued to drill. Now my entire jaw and bottom row of teeth are in lots and lots of pain. 0/10 would not recommend. Wait for an appointment elsewhere.

I was not impressed. I had a tooth break on me and needed to see a dentist to get the pain to stop. This was the only office that could get me in so i took the appointment. The dentist was not very friendly at all. Asked me what medication i was taking and then tried to lecture me on my anxiety meds. He was very rough inside of my mouth. The tooth he was trying to pull cracked even further so he went and cleared the nerve out. When he was sticking the file in my root canal i had a sharp pain higher up. He proceeded to tell me i needed to see an oral surgeon to get it out ASAP. Oral surgeon is booked for the next 3 months and my tooth is severely infected along with my sinus cavity, inner ear and tonsils. I would not suggest going to him even in an emergency. I wish i would have waited for the next open appointment somewhere else. My lesson is learned.
