Very friendly staff and efficient dental care. It is nice to be worked on by people who have a keen sense of humor. I love this place! I saw two doctors and worked with several of the assistants and everyone was equally awesome. We are new to Prescott Dentistry and have seen Dr German when we$0027ve been in. The initial exams we$0027ve had have been very professional, friendly and the most thorough I$0027ve ever experienced. Dr German explained in detail but on an understandable level, the importance of dental hygiene to my daughter and how to best prevent issues and care for her teeth well, while all still done in a friendly and positive manner. I really love their approach to natural and holistic dentistry and exploring options other than fillings etc right off the bat. These doctors are all very very warm, gentle, and take the time to answer questions with understandable explanations. Most importantly I appreciate their up to date experience and ability to find alternative answers to my dental problems, often less intrusive than what had been recommended in the past by other dentists. I recommended them to my 93 year old mother, and she loves them too. Their office staff is excellent and friendly. I take my 2 year old to Dr. Thompson and he is very patient and sweet with her too. From the beginning I felt as though they were totally empathetic about my situation. I needed an extraction and a quality false tooth on a medium sized budget. The staff presented me with all the available options, allowing ME to decide, without making me feel pressured to spend more then I had hoped too. I was pleasantly surprised with the appliance that was created. It looks great. I was slightly disappointed by the color match of the false tooth because it was brighter than my coffee stained teeth ?? but all in all I am very satisfied. The group is outstanding as far as I am concerned. Not just for myself and my husband, but I was having trouble with my 8 year old. I was told by 2 other children dentists that he needed a baby root canal. We had a very traumatic experience trying to sedate him at another dentist and finally just left. THANK GOD, because I took him to Dr.German and we were able to fill his tooth with a coloidal silver compound. The treatment was not painful, there was no sedation and he has no pain anymore. He has been back a number of times and I can now take him to get his teeth cleaned on a regular basis because he is not afraid of them. I am so Thankful they are here. My wife and I have used Prescott Dentistry since moving to the area. The entire staff has always been polite and pleasant each time we have visited them for an appointment. This is my first experience with a holistic dentist. I have been needing work done, but keep putting it off because I have huge anxiety around dentists. Then I broke a filling/tooth while visiting my family this past week. Prescott Dentistry got me in asap and gave me a wonderful eval appointment yesterday and I$0027m getting ready to get my tooth fixed today. Dr Thompson answered all my questions with great patience (and I had tons!) And his whole staff made me feel very welcome and in great hands. I left the office almost with tears of relief, verses other dental appointments where I$0027d have to fight back tears from fear. I live in southern Utah and am so thankful to have found such a wonderful resource for natural dentistry while I come down for visits with my family. My closest holistic dentist at home is 4 hrs away, so I will continue to use Dr Thompson for all my work that I need done as I come down to visit family. Even though I am not crazy about dental work,I am excited to get started on removing some of my toxic, old fillings and replacing them with something much safer. Thanks to all the wonderful and caring staff here 🙂
