The previous reviews should not reflect on the new management. This Dentist office is excellent. They schedule appointments appropriately, fax proper documents to your provider and are very friendly. They also send you a text message as a reminder of your appointment.
I can not say enough about the dentist. He is very efficient and has a great personality. He cares about your appearence and comfort level.
Please do not base your opinion on previous reviews. This office has a whole new great set of people.
I highly recommend them.

The doctor is nice and professional. His staff are rude and have no sense. The lady couldnt even pronounce the name of the referral she tried to give me. Then gave me the wrong multiple times. Then called me back and told me she was the one I talked to and she gave me what she had. When I asked her to speak to another dentist I had found. She continued to tell me no. She doesnt have time. I want to start off by saying I almost didn$0027t take my daughter here after reading the review$0027s since I have Medical through the county as well,but I$0027m so glad I did! The office is super nice and clean as well as the bathroom and Jerry who works the front is just AWESOME! I have county medi-cal and need a root canal on my front tooth. They told me my insurance doesn$0027t cover a crown and they were right my insurance doesn$0027t cover a porcelain crown but it does cover a composite crown. I called to inquire about the composite crown and she said she needed to call me back. Never called me back. They want $$$ and don$0027t have a problem lying to get it. They could have at least told me what$0027s covered and tried to sell me on which is better but they misinformed me. Make sure you know what coverage you have. Everyone takes time out of their day to write bad reviews but no one ever takes the time to write good reviews. I am a new patient with Star Dental. I had an emergency appointment today at 9:30am. I walked in 30 minutes early because I knew I would have paper work to complete prior to being seen. They called me back at 9:27 to take x-rays. The doctor knew I was pain and completed a filling for me and I walked out of the office at 10:02 after making my follow up appointment with the front office. Every person I came in contact with was nice. I loved the doctor and the assistants. And the lady at the front worked with me for the earliest appointment that would work with my schedule. The office was clean in the waiting room and in the back. The have a t.v in the waiting area where they play cartoons for children. While the doctor was working on my filling the assistant was kind and played a Batman movie for me to watch. With any type of business, you should show up to your appointments on time because it messes up the flow for other patients; it is common courtesy. Thank you, Star Dental!
