I was a Serenity Dental patient for years. I changed jobs, my insurance changed, and they didn$0027t accept the base package at my new place of employment. I thought, oh no biggie, all dentist are the same. I could not have been more wrong. After multiple horrible experiences with two other dentist offices, I made sure to pay attention during open enrollment at my job to up my plan to get back to Serenity Dental. It only cost me $3 more per pay period to get on a plan they accepted. Boy was it worth it! I went in today for a crown replacement (from my previous horrible dentist). I was super nervous because of my past experiences. Dr. Nilash Patel was AMAZING. I has zero pain during the procedure and after. He and his assistant made me feel at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. My temporary crown fits better and feels better than what I had. All dentist are not created equal. I will never go to another dentist again. Even the cleanings were far better than my previous dentist office. They were always uncomfortable and slightly painful. Lauren did my cleaning a few weeks ago, and I could not believe the difference between my experience with her and my previous cleanings. Zero pain and my whole mouth felt amazing. I can$0027t say enough good things about this dentist office. From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, all are top notch.

Overall its good. However, in my recent visit, the hygienist was rough on my gum while cleaning. I can tell she is new. Also, I didnt like that the dentist only comes two days per week and no other doctors were available that time for consulting. Dental visits are one of my least favorite things, but Serenity Dental made it a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Patel is very gentle and soft spoken. The office is modern and rooms have a beautiful view so you can watch the Florida wildlife as you wait.
