The office is clean and the staff are friendly. The dentist comes off a bit brash, and like a know it all. That didnt go over well for me. She cared more about what she wanted to do, then what I wanted done. Very disappointing. They charge $75 if you have to cancel before the 48 hour period. Even if its an emergency, they will still charge you. I just wasnt that impressed with the experience as a whole. I would recommend going somewhere else. I only gave three stars because the office staff I encountered were friendly.

Dr. Ottley and the entire staff are excellent. I changed dentists when my insurance no longer included my previous dentist my family had seen for many years. I was really nervous about that because we all know going to the dentist is not known to be fun! Dr. Ottley is so personable and truly shows an interest in you and your overall health. They have up to date equipment and things I never knew existed that make the process for crowns and other procedures so much easier. Now I dont get anxious when I go for my twice a year cleaning and check-up or when I know I have a problem with a tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Anissa Ottley!

Hey, I$0027ll be the first to admit that going to the dentist has not alway been on the top of my list of places that I love to go. Especially growing up during a time when novocaine was an extra added service – if you know what I mean. But in my humble opinion the Avalon Dental office is the place to go for all of your family dental needs. I have been going to here for several years and have received professional and caring service during every one of my visits. Dr. Anissa Rodriguez-Ottley is compassionate, personable and skillful. All of her staff have always treated me with the utmost courtesy and have ensured my comfort during each visit. I couldn$0027t end this post without giving a shout-out to Gina my assigned dental hygienist for her friendly, efficient and thorough work. I highly recommend using Avalon Dental.
