Everything was amazing! I booked my first appointment online and was able to call and set up my insurance in advance. The new patient paperwork can also be filled out online. On the day of my appointment, the office staff was the sweetest group of people ever! The receptionist, billing lady, dental assistant, and the hygienist each treated me like Id been a loyal patient of theirs for years and were so welcoming. I was able to get my first cleaning set up within a week of my new patient appointment. My experience couldnt have been better!

Everyone on staff was incredibly nice and prompt! I was a little surprised to have my x-ray pictures of my teeth and the cleaning as separate appointments because I have not experienced that before, but they have done a great job so far. Rated one star because zero isnt possible. They have completely disregarded and missed any original deadlines set. I have been waiting for a permanent crown (That they lost) for over a month BEYOND the original set date. I have called at minimum 6 times and been told they will call me back with information and that has yet to happen. They have no problem sending me additional bills in the mail but cannot be bothered to return a phone call. Would not recommend.

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was very young, but EVERYTHING puts you at ease from the cleanliness of the facility to every single staff member. Janice has the biggest smile and makes you feel like a queen, Maria(not sure of spelling) makes sure you understand all of the financials and goes over many ways to make your treatment happen. My Hygienist OMG- AMAZING!!!!!!! I was getting a tooth pulled which has nothing to do with her scope, but she specifically came to check on me before leaving for the day. And of course DR. PATAL was so genuine and just really made me feel cared for and safe- so to all of the haters out there that almost cost me the best dentist visit of my life- GET OVER YOURSELF!!!!!!!!

My mouth is in terrible condition. I need Dentures badly. I had visited another dental facility and was humiliated at the visit. I explained to them that i was on a limited income. I wantedto only do upper dentures at the time as that was alli could afford. They told me it was all or nothing and the cist would be over 8000.00. I said i could not afford that and left. So many months later i made an appointment at Aspen Dental. From my first call to going to my appointment was a totally different experience.. Janice welcoomed me warmly to the office. I did not have to wait long and Dasia called me back for xrays. She was kind and gentle. I then met Dr. Patel whi examined me an was patient with his explanation of my care. I hesitantly began to tell him my financial situation and he was confident that we could work something out. I met Whitney who was compassionate snd caring and helped me work out a financial solution. I am getting both upper and lower dentures with e tractions for a lot less than the first place i visited with a reasonable payment plan thay fits my budget. I spent two weeks going back and forth trying to get an appointment with the oral surgeon while they had an opening. They took my insurance information and never filed it to get my deductible. I called a second time and left a voicemail that I never received a call back for. They then proceeded to ignore my calls/voicemails. I spoke to the office manager the third time I finally spoke to someone and was told I would receive a call back about the deductible for my insurance within the hour. I never got a call back and had to call them myself the next day. When they finally gave me my deductible, they had already filled the appointment spot that was OPEN when I went in trying to get this taken care of. This is absolutely unprofessional and rude. This dental office will never see me again.
