I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. I$0027ve never really had a great experience! Today I had to get some cavities taken care of and it$0027s the 1st time I$0027ve ever had one filled that I didnt feel! Thanks Dr. Pun! You have no idea what an impact today had on me! we have been rescheduled multiple times since last may for my son and we took him in today and they said someone called in and cancelled our appointment today. I verified it thru texts ahead of time and apparently not only did they not verify info with who called in when the person claimed they didnt know the time this disclosed is appointment to the unverified person. talk about a break in confidentiality…. now my starts school and will have to miss already in the year because it$0027s been rescheduled so may times.. we will be going else where

I was supposed to have a root canal appointment today but they cancelled it without me knowing. I had to drive an hour to get there for my appointment and they said I didn$0027t confirm the appointment. They said they sent me a text, but I had no text from them. The lady was arguing with me about it so I walked out. Since I was in Marion already, I called another dentist and I had to go there for an emergency treatment. Now I have to go back to Marion on Wednesday and get TWO root canals and I just found that out today. I recommend you go somewhere else because this was a complete waste of my time and gas. They made me wait over a month for an appointment but they end up canceling it . My tooth is still killing but luckily there was a dentist nearby that helped out very much. If I rescheduled for another appointment with them, then I would have to wait another month. They really made me consider thinking about pulling my tooth out because of the pain I$0027m having. They were no help, my teeth are still hurting, and the people there are rude and act like they do not care.

So, first, I want to say that I$0027m giving this 2 stars instead of 1 just for Dr Pun. He$0027s great and I felt no pain during my root canal.
However, otherwise I have nothing but negative experiences with this place. I had work originally done of almost all of my teeth about 4 or 5 years ago. Fillings in almost every tooth. I$0027d go in, get numbed, and be worked on. The problem is that the dentist (whose name I no longer remember) was very fast. And that may be good in some areas, but when working on teeth, I$0027d rather be in that chair for an hour getting things done properly
A few teeth that they had filled broke within a year or two, and according the two dentists I$0027ve seen since then, they all need to be redone. They left a void in a tooth when filling it, causing it to break. Left a void in another tooth causing it to need completely redone. Basically, I sat through multiple sessions, to have my teeth worked on like a factory line, to not even be fixed correctly.
So here I am, a few years later, with multiple broken teeth, numerous fillings and root canals needed.
Also, as a side bar, I did mention that I worked second shift one time and slept until about noon, and a receptionist said she wondered what it was like to be lazy.
Update: 12/13/18 – Shortly after my review, another filling they had done is broken and needs to be replaced. I woke up in the middle of the night chewing on something gritty and now have a super sharp tooth. A trip to my dentist this morning confirmed it.
