I really enjoy Taylor Dental. Dr. Leblanc and his staff are very good, courteous and professional. They take great care of me and my children. My daughters enjoy coming to their appointments. I have not had a negative experience at all even when Im getting rather invasive dental work done. They have massage chairs that are heated and televisions right above your head so you can distract yourself during your treatment which definitely helps me stay relaxed. I like that they put forward a proactive plan for my dental work and give me a breakdown of the cost ahead of time so that I can budget for any work that I need throughout the year. I feel their prices are very affordable with my dental insurance. I highly recommend them as your dentist.

I love everything about this place! The staff is friendly, efficient and make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. I was never left unattended and went from one specialist to the next with mechanical precision. The technology is top shelf and no expense was spared for patient comfort from massaging dental chairs to televisions on the ceiling. The dentist was very professional and competent in his analysis of my dental needs. I had a really bad experience at my previous dentist but Im thankful now because it lead me to Taylor Dental.

Previous experiences had gone well. My husband had to cancel an appointment last minute due to my brother in law passing from COVID 19. They sent us a bill for cancel fee, he called and explained and they said they would waive it. I come in 2 months later for my scheduled appt to the fee having to be paid and the manager declaring no such conversation took place. That they did not care of the circumstances. I am completely disappointed in their lack of sensitivity to the situation.

Now they claim they waived the fee and want to work it out. I tried, my husband tried on 3 different calls and in person prior to this review. The office manager decline waiving the fee each time. All of a sudden they want me to reach out again. I even sent via email to the manager Kari. G. with no response. Its amazing how on a public forum they sing a different tune. If the company wants to make thing right the have my contact information. Why should i have to reach out a. 6th time.

I was in Pensacola briefly while sailing through because I had a toothache. I was told by a previous dentist in Alabama that I needed a crown. I found Taylor dental on google as being able to do a crown in a day! This was great because I was just passing through. Chelsea at the receptionist desk explained the ins and outs of getting a crown and was able to schedule me within a day to get my exam (Thursday). Unfortunately, I was told I needed a root canal! ??. They scheduled me at an endodontist quickly and he performed the root canal the following Monday. Then Taylor Dental was able to get me in that same Wednesday to do the Crown. Both Lawanda and Dr. Garson were both empathetic and kind and made sure I was in no pain. After about 3 hours I had my crown and able to be one my way! I never had a root canal nor a crown before and they were very helpful and eased my anxiety. Extremely professional and efficient! Thank you so much. Shout out to Anne as well! Great team! Now Im sailing down the coast!
