I was referred to Pine Hills but have had the worst experience with their front desk staff, specifically Debbie. They told me they would get a pre authorization for a dental extraction and did not. When I showed up for my procedure they surprised me with a bill that was a $1000 more than what was quoted. I then got into a huge argument with Debbie who said I should be more responsible and be prepared to pay and it isnt their job to do pre auth but a courtesy. They have been extremely rude about payments and insurance and ruined an otherwise good experience with the Dr. I now am missing a tooth and need to find a dentist to finish the job.

I went for a cleaning and Angela killed it with her cleaning. I was so impressed.. was the best one I ever had ..my teeth or gums didn$0027t even hurt after!!! They all were so welcoming and professional….. I went back to get a tooth pulled and Heather and Dr. Miller made me feel so comfortable and relaxed ….They both are so cool and work very well together and again are so welcoming and professional at what they do…. it$0027s definitely there gift! I would recommend that office and Dr.Miller to anyone that is looking for some great dental care!

Dr. Miller and his staff are all amazing! All of my dental anxieties were eased after my visit at Pine Hills Dentistry. Doctor and his team are all highly intelligent and did everything in their power to make sure I was well informed and comfortable (they even have massage chairs). After moving here ten months ago, I was not happy with a prior dentist that I saw in the area. After more research, I chose to see Dr. Miller. What a pleasant surprise! The staff are all cheerful and welcoming, Dr. Miller is a warm and approachable professional who knows his craft. I just had my teeth cleaned by Angela and I can honestly say, it was the best cleaning experience I have ever had! She was patient, gentle and thorough. I have no reservations about recommending Pine Hills Dentistry. No one should ever be unhappy with their Dentist. With Dr. Miller and his great staff of professionals, you won$0027t be!

Dr. Miller is incredible!! He is so careful and very honest. He will not recommend or perform any procedure you dont need. I would trust him with any procedure. My experiences with him have always been absolutely wonderful. Besides being an experienced dentist, he is kind and accommodating. You can feel his confidence in his work, and this always puts me at ease. I tend to be a little skeptical and nervous with dentists, but have never felt that with Dr. Miller. My experience going to Pine Hill Dentistry was the best dental excursion I have ever experienced. I felt comfortable and safe in the hand of Dr. Miller and enjoyed his sophisticated straightforward approach to the explanation of the whole process and then the actual process following it. While he was also incredibly professional, I couldnt help but keep smiling due to his upbeat personality and positive attitude. Along with my fantastic experience with Dr. Miller, I also loved the whole family of workers and assistants that make up Pine Hill Dentistry. DO NOT GO HERE! I had the worst dental experience of my life here. Dr. Miller$0027s lack of professionalism and communication is appalling. He is not gentle nor sensitive to those who have anxiety around having dental work done. Many «unexpected» procedures occurred during our time together. I was very clear that i get ill from pain medication and during one of those unexpected procedures he prescribed a medication that i got violently ill from. During that procedure I cried out loud for the first time ever in the dental chair. I was misquoted on ever single procedure. The last procedure I had i was told I had a credit which was taken off the balance owed to which I paid in full as I did each time. Now I am fight a $455 bill because the wrong insurance was billed. I am not the only person that is disappointed and down right disgusted with these services. While I was there on two separate occasions I saw and heard two other patients that were irate. One crying the other demanding her money back. I have had friends and co workers say they have left that office as well to go to another in town due to horrendous services since Dr. Miller took over. Please save yourself the time…money and pain and take your business elsewhere.
