From the lady who answered my call this morning to the hygienist who took my X-rays and did an initial examination to Dr. Holley, this group is welcoming, caring and genuinely kind. I was very impressed and thankful they saw me for a dental emergency and on a Friday. I$0027m super nervous when it comes to dental work but Dr. Holley was understanding and eased my worries. I highly recommend this great group of dental professionals!

I have had a really bad fractured tooth for about a week and a half. I got up at 4:30 AM and started looking for a local dentist open on a Friday. Not a good prospect, but i called them at 8, got scheduled for 12:15 and was in and out by 1:00. Call it a stroke of luck, but the staff was very pleasant, and helped me out when I would have to deal with that for four days minimum. Given the Holiday weekend. Much respect, and if you choose them they will treat you right. Oh, due to my circumstances, I didnt have insurance and they did all the work affordably. Thank you! Five star.

I got there early Friday DR Mullins And Taylor were able to see me and get me fixed up right away not bad for a FRIDAY.They explained everything to me and answered my questions. In the end my wisdom tooth got pulled out and medication was prescribed for the pain and this was my very first visit to them. Everything went smooth for me and my experience and if I need any dental help again Ill be booking another appointment with them.

Just had my first major work done (for me anyway) I had an implant installed. Dr. Holley and team are awesome with the way that they work together and bed side manner as well! Implant was not as big an ordeal as I went in to it thinking and Dr. Holley worked diligently and got the implant installed without an issue! From making the appointment all the way until the day of, everyone i came in contact with was super nice. The wait wasnt long to be seen and my dental hygienist was wonderful, she made me feel welcome and made sure i was okay thru out my visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I was so at ease being there ( and I TOTALLY FREAK OUT at the dentist). I cant even begin to describe how AWESOME a feeling that was, seeing as though I have to have the WACKY GAS just to have mine cleaned.
The Dr. Mullins was AMAZING, he came in made me so comfortable right away then addressed the problem. He did not try to up sell me any other procedures like so other dentist I have been too, and you know what I mean, they say well the tooth next to this one could eventually go bad you in like 20yrs so lets take care of that now. I really cant say enough about the staff, those beautiful ladies where so nice and knowledgeable, even Ms. Mary who comes in to go over the cost of everything. She sits down at your level to explain the cost of everything and after you are done having a heart attack (bc lets face it….the average person just about can not afford to have dental work) she is there to pick up back up then proceeds to give you options. So with all that being said, I would TOTALLY refer them to anyone I know (and that is saying A LOT bc I HATE THE DENTIST).

In a field where it always feels like the staff and Drs talk down to, embarrass you but this was completely different. I have not been to a dentist in ALOT of years.. crazy anxiety, embarrassment and fears. The staff was extremely welcoming and make you feel comfortable with everything happening. When scheduling for my oral surgeon consult they even took what I told them into consideration when making the ultimate recommendation. If you have not been to a dentist for some of the reasons I had not (embarrassment, anxiety, fear) I strongly encourage you to give Dr Holley and the staff a call, I am looking forward to seeing them again.. and that says a lot!!

A wonderful healthcare facility! I am new to Alabama/Autauga County and this Prattville dental group came highly recommended. My daughter, son in law, and their preschool children gave glowing visit reviews too! The professional staff was knowledgeable, yet obligingly personable and polite. I was welcomed warmly and conversation ushered into a clean, comfortable, well equipped room where a friendly young woman made my middle age mouth the cleanest it has been in years… and with no discomfort! And the imagining process was pain-free too! Thank you kindly Rachel! The attending dentist , Dr, Graham Mullins, was thorough and gracious with his exam and proposed plan of care. I suspected I would require extensive work to correct years of neglect and this confident gentleman explained what was necessary answering all of my dental care questions with reassuring comfort. The followup scheduling/finance personnel (I apologize as I can not remember your name dear woman.) arranged my future appointments at my earliest convenience while giving me a voice in what procedures I deemed pertinent and affordable.
