Had an unfortunate incident of one of my crowns coming off. Dr. Yoon was able to get me in right away to re-cement the crown. I scheduled an appointment weeks ahead of time to finally get a cleaning, showed up and the office was locked and closed apparently they were closed all thanksgiving week however, the secretary still told me there was availability in October when she booked me (if she even put me in their system.) Thanks for the curtesy follow up text and or call letting me know that you valued and respected my time. No worries though. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend everyone else does too when they ask if I know a good dentist who has better service and a better price (they are expensive) in the Haverhill area.

Just had my first appointment there yesterday (a change in insurance plans prompted my move to a new dentist). Wow, was I impressed! The hygienist is not only great at what she does, she is warm, funny, and caring (took excellent care of this «dentist-phobic chicken»!). Then I had time with the dentist, Dr. Yoon, who took great care to do a thorough exam and explain every bit of it to me. Now, that already was enough for a fabulous review. She personally called me to follow up, make sure I didn$0027t have any questions after my visit, and wished me a great six months until my next cleaning. I$0027ve NEVER had a dentist check in with me after an appointment like this. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!

This is the best place. Dr. Sarah is the best. She even helped me when I had to go to surgery for tooth extraction which was delayed due to my travel. I have been to multiple dentists in various places but this is the best. The hygienist is really good too and got my teeth cleaned. She made sure I wasn$0027t in pain since it had been a long time. I hadn$0027t been to the dentist in about 4 years and had developed a «fear» so to speak. I broke a tooth and was force to do something about it. Dr. Yoon and her staff were very nice and sympathetic to my acquired fear over the years. They were all very gentle and I was able to over come my anxiety. Subsequently I will be once again returning to regular dental care and will update some of my older dental work which needed to be addressed. Highly recommend!
