Dr Benjamin and his staff are the most professional and truly caring Ive ever experienced. They have gone far above and beyond exceeding my expectations. Having had issues for years and honestly just seeking a second opinion. Dr Benjamin took the time to discuss other options (both positive and negative) than just pulling my existing teeth and getting all on four full implant dentures.
With his guidance I made the decision to get a few implants with bridges and to put crowns on my existing teeth. The outcome which is close to being finished has me wishing I had done this years ago. I highly recommend the the team at Desert Dental. You will not be disappointed

I love this office. They are so friendly and helpful. My mother came in from out of town and had an emergency and went to the closest dentist by my home. Since I was new to the area and they took good care of her I decided to go for my regular appointments. Ive since had them fix a filling and one day I had my tooth break apart while crunching away on some chips. They were able to get me in the next morning and give me a crown. They have always been honest and fair. I came back several times worried about my new crown, I have sensitive teeth. Rather then do a root canal they encouraged me to be patient and wait for my tooth to calm down from the trauma of breaking and then having a crown put on it. Im so glad because my tooth feels totally normal now. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Let me start out saying I was traumatized as a kid about going to the dentist and what I had done in the Army did not help at all. If i wast in Pain i still would not of gone. but this office did so much for me. the they moved my appointment up to see me faster, gave me antibiotics to help bring down the swelling and had me in the next day to not only take care of the wisdom tooth that was casing me problems but did a full deep cleaning top and bottom all at one time.. I remember they getting ready to put in the IV for full sedation and putting some nitrites on my nose…. then waking up at home with my wife everything done and resting well.my wife told me it took about an hour and a half for all of it. I feel much less pain now and it keeps easing up. my teeth and gums have never felt better. everyone in the office was nice and worked with me and the close was WAY less then I had thought it was going to be. If i ever have to go to the dentist again it will be here even if it is on the other side of town from me.. well worth the drive

My first time seeing Dr.Benjamin and I have to say, it won$0027t be my last! I came here on vacation, and was recommended to his office for some work that I needed done. His facility was very relaxing, and had a «therapeutic feel» to it. Very clean and his staff was not only pleasant, they were very personable. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, and the dental assistant, made you feel comfortable (catered to your needs) and had a sense of humor so it made you feel more at ease and relieved of anxiety. Dr. Benjamin has been my dentist for nine years now. His skill, knowledge and very up to date care is top notch. I have total trust in him so I know he isnt going to do work that doesnt promote the health of my teeth and mouth.
The office staff are wonderful too. They really make me feel at home and run his practice very professionally. Lillie is his right hand person and if I ever have questions or concerns she answers them right away.
I like so many were afraid of the dentist. I elect sedation dentistry and it is a blessing. I go in go to sleep and wake me up when it is time to get my ride home.
I have also called for friends who need immediate attention and they always get them in that day.
This is a great dentist and great staff.

Firstly, I hadnt been to a dentist in 15 years, and I have major anxiety about dental work due to bad experiences. The staff here were amazing, I was highly embarrassed to show any one my teeth after all my years of neglect. I was treated with dignity, and sedated laser LANAP surgery, and the removal of a couple wisdom teeth was suggested as a first step to getting things back in shape.
I went in, and was sedated, and a few hours later (that seemed like about 15 minutes with the sedation) I was out the door. I had read a lot on line about this procedure, and post op pain management was mentioned quite a bit. It is with great pleasure I can report to you that I had absolutely zero, nada, zilch pain after returning home. I am now so happy to have started this road to someday being able to show my teeth when smiling, after a lifetime of hiding my teeth. This has also finally given me enough hope for having a presentable smile someday that it has inspired me to quit smoking for the first time in 30+ years. I truly look forward to working with the staff here to continue the process.

Just had an emergency visit regarding an abscesses tooth that had a previous root canal. I wish I found dr. Ben in the first place…. Not only do I feel 100% better already but I got some clear advice about other issues that need to be addressed. I will be switching dentists permanently to dr Ben. I asked from the very beginning, after a full checkup and X-rays for a complete total for all procedures. As I was having numerous extractions and would need partial dentures top and bottom And not knowing how much my insurance would cover to give me a worse case total that I would have out of pocket. I paid up front on December 27th prior to extractions. After that I had to wait for gums to heal before I could have partials made. I went back and after 2 months and had impressions made and was told at that time that the partials would be another $2000 + more and I would need a couple more impressions and a couple more months of wearing just a top temporary partial with just front teeth on top. I was quite upset and I told the woman I talked with originally that I asked up front for a grand total on the high side before any work was done. I went back in and to talk in person and she was not there but was brought back in a room to talk with the office manager Zammy. I told her I wanted a complete printout of all the charges and payments before going any further. I dont know where my supposed credit of that amount went. I still look like a jack-o-lantern and have since December 2019 and still nothing from Desert Dental except a bill in the amount of my credit and no further contact.
The dentist was good but BEWARE of billing and front office lip service especially Zammy the supposed office manager.
I guess I will have to take legal action against them over the latest bill and figure out where my credit went.
I know they had as we all did a shutdown during the COVID outbreak but they have been open for a while now and I still look like a jack-o-lantern ?? and owe miraculously the amount of the credit I had.
BEWAREand get everything in writing!!!

I moved to Henderson just recently and so happy to have been referred to Dr. Benjamin by my dentist.
I had to have an implant put in after a sinus lift! His confidence to do the procedure was a comfort to me. His staff$0027s reassurance in him was also a great help. He$0027s a very thorough and gentle specialist.
