I strongly disagree with Vet erans post. Went there today. It$0027s a busy dental office and everyone was friendly. As a NYC PBA member it$0027s a gift to find someone who accepts our plan here in Florida. Very happy with the people and the work done by the Dr. She did the work I needed that my plan covered and I paid for what was not covered at a very reasonable price. And without a doubt she did not try to push any unnecessary work.
Since it$0027s so busy don$0027t get your feelings hurt if they are tending to a busy schedule and don$0027t have time for all the cordiality that some people demand these days. This Dentist was HIGHLY recommended by other PBA brothers.

This place is horrible ! Stay away from this place . The wait time are incredibly crazy . I had two incidence with them with improper cavity fill in Which resulted in Losing my tooth . I had a fill in done recently and it was hurting I called them and the receptionist was giving me a medical explanation for why I may be having tooth pain . Without any x ray or dentist taking a look at it , she was trying to play it off . Finally I decided to go to a REAL DENTIST . She found that the issue to my pain was because the fill in was done improper under the fill I still had the cavity .! I am infuriated with this place and they lost me as a customer of many years !

Very upset with the dentist I took my 5 year old daughter for a chrome silver tooth so they can put on top of her tooth but instead they didn$0027t let me back there which I insisted I wanted to see everything they said no so I waited and the waiting area then I heard my daughter screaming and yelling I was worried I told the lady at the front they need to let me in because I hear my daughter screaming I went in and saw the dentist pulling her tooth out which was not what I was originally there for I was like what are you doing? She explained to me that her tooth was bad I needed to be tooken out I told her why did I have to be waiting outside she could have came and told me so I can agree to the procedure that was going to be done instead of her going behind my back and take her tooth out and I specifically asked her is her tooth going to grow back she laughed and said yes you will see it come back in about 8 months my daughter is 6 and 1/2 now and no signs of her tooth growing back not to mention she had bruises on her forehead and cheeks the next day. They are lucky I didn$0027t call the police on them for taking my daughter$0027s tooth out without telling me!!! The dentist was so rude she isn$0027t good with kids her excuse was take her somewhere where they can sedate her and maybe wake up like why would she tell me that very rude of her she is lucky I didn$0027t press charges because as a doctor or dentist they should let the parent know what procedure is going to be done on their kid!!

One of the three NYC PBA dentists in the state. Definitely not accommodating. Does not return phones calls and office manager is extremely rude. Dentist wanted to do more work than was needed – wound up going to another dentist that states work that this dentist wanted done was unnecessary. I was told I had a choice if having four teeth removed and they would charge my union $4,000 or go back to NY and have anchors placed in my mouth. Private dentist charged me $1,000 for work that required a cap. If the dentists at this practice rectify the rudeness of the office manager and start thinking outside the box, maybe they would get a better rating. To my PBA brethren – go to the other dentist or your private and submit a claim to the PBA. These people aren$0027t our friends.
