Right before a long anticipated vacation AND on a Saturday, I had a dental issue. Alpine Dental is our family dentist so of course I called them. They were prompt in returning my call and handled the situation quickly and efficiently so I could go on vacation pain free! So, so grateful for having such a team available! Alpine showed promise at first. I set up to have a tooth cleaning that was rescheduled a couple of times throughout a 9 month span. I was very patient with them and understood the issues during a pandemic. They had no problem notifying or calling me about rescheduling my appointments but when I owed money, they said «they sent 7 letters with no response.» I was not notified about owing $83, that they cancelled my appointment or dismissed me as a client. I showed up to my appointment yesterday 10/06/20, taking time off from work and found all this out. They sent me to collections on 10/01/20. If I would have known about money being owed, I would have paid it, which I took care of asap with the collection agency. This shows what type of business Alpine Dental is. They are only about the money.

I and my family have been patients of Dr Gallagher for over 10 years. Weve always received outstanding care. Weve always paid our bills on time and made every effort to make every appointment that we were scheduled for. In very rare circumstances, weve had to reschedule but never received feedback that we were problem patients.
We have been dismissed from this dental office without an explanation. Our past loyalty to this dentist means nothing to them, for whatever reason, theyre disinclined to tell us.
If this review actually gets posted, I can only recommend you find a different dentist. This one broke our trust.

I like Dr. Gallagher, but did not get her this last time. I went in for a filling that fell out and a chipped front tooth. Explained to the other dentist my extreme phobia. Didn$0027t seem to matter. The novocaine shot felt like an electric shock in my jaw, and the tooth wasn$0027t numb all of the way when she started drilling. The dentist got impatient when I had tears coming out of my eyes and stopped to tell me I needed a root canal. Never addressed the chipped tooth at all.
I was not in pain from the tooth she wanted a root canal for, and it still does not have any pain. I went in for the filling because it left an awkward hole. But now she is wanting over $2000 worth of work done!

My experience at Alpine Dental has always been exceptional. The dental hygienists carry conversations with you if you are becoming uncomfortable during the cleaning, patients have the option of dipping their hands in warmed wax while they wait and are always polite! I use to love Alpine Dental! I had a medical emergency with my son and could not make my scheduled appointment. I only gave them 8 hrs notice instead of 24 hr notice. I was charged $25 because of this fact. I had been a loyal patient for years, always paying my bills. I will NEVERcome here again and neither will my family. So, hope they are happy, they lost more money then they couldve made over the long term. Idiots in my opinion!
