My daughter was taken there by her mother today for an appointment, and they had the worst experience in a dental care center, our daughter was mistreated of words by Dr. Xiaofang Cheng$0027s assistant during her treatment, just like her mother, they did not get adequate information about insurance coverage from the professional staff there, providing to my child with a more painful dental cleaning procedure and trying to charge her a prescription for post-procedure treatment that was later fully covered by insurance when her mother inquired about in he pharmacy.

This place was a little tricky to find, so I took lots of pictures so others can find it. Is one of the few places in Pinecrest that takes Medicare, I got all my dental work done, they even went above and beyond to ask my insurance to cover some other extensive procedures which most of them got approved. They are so kind, they are very friendly. They speak both English and Spanish, and they treat everyone Equally!!!
I love my feelings and all my dental work, they use a composite fillings which are kind of white, so they match my teeth perfectly, they really went above and beyond to treat my needs. I was very afraid Of the dentist for several years, I waited a little too long, and had a lot of work that needed to be done. They were very kind and not make me feel ashamed, in fact they help me out knowing that I was still pretty young.
Ill be going back for my third time the first time was an initial visit, where they requested the insurance Permission to do certain procedures, the second one was just fillings, And my third time will be my extractions of my wisdom teeth. They do as much as they can while youre in the chair without overworking you. They make sure youre very comfortable and they explain what theyre doing before they ever do it. The technology they have there is very cool and updated. You can do more than just routine care, they have Braces, whitening, and other procedures and things. My appointments were not spread to far apart the far enough that I could let my job know what procedures I was going to get and how much time I needed off. They really work with you.
Update: I also got my wisdom teeth removed here. The dentist is amazing- Im lucky not to feel pain and minimal swelling.

I felt so confidence about their knowledge and professionalism that I decided to do root canal and repair some cavities as well. I strongly recommend this branch located at PINECREST. I am very satisfied with the work they did. All my teeth are aligned and in the right position. Invisalign is the best option you can get if you do not want to be struggling with metal braces and not having limitation on what you eat.

In terms of a dentist office, they offer a clean safe environment with what to me looks as up to date tools and resources. There is a little bit of a wait time depending on how busy they are, but that is the same with every dentist in my experience.
I wanted to focus on what really makes a difference and an impact which is how courteous and professional the staff are. I was always greeted with a smile, and addressed by my name. I was explained of the process, and given the resources needed to make sure my treatment was successful.
I had two unforeseen circumstances that required me to get my aligners in advance, and a job relocation that would have conflicted with my appointments. The team was beyond accommodating, and they took care of my situation by means of even showing up on their day off.
If you are starting your treatment, do your homework. ask questions, and follow instructions. The staff you are dealing with will help you along the way.
