I filled out the forms and walked them into the office. They said it could take 5 or more years to get what I need.after 10 months with no wood I called, repeatedly. After leaving many many messages,and tried going back, I finally received a call in which the lady said some rude things to me, told me to calm down it wasn$0027t that big of a deal, afte me explaining I$0027m disabled, have no insurance,and needed help. Was told, by the director, she would call me back the next day. That was almost two weeks ago and several more messages, nothing. I don$0027t understand, if you are in a position to help people, and that is what the place you work for does, help people,how can you simply ignore someone asking for help. And if that has changed, it would be a lot more helpful to get the truth from someone, and I can$0027t even get a callback……dispointed to say the very least…
