I took my 5 year old nephew here for first time. They were excellent. He had to have a filling as well as a cap. It wasn$0027t painful for him and the way they dealt with him and led him thru the process was fantastic!! A great experience for my nephew. Reception as well as nurses and staff are included in the 5 star review. Would definitely recommend. Especially for children. Place was very clean and covid cautious.

I$0027ve been coming to this clinic since 2009 and the service has gone down since then. I had two fillings and a cleaning done here recently and the male dentist on duty said he was gonna fix my front tooth filling with some miminal adjustments since it hadn$0027t detached from my tooth. Well it has a large crack going down the front so it looked bad. After treatment was done I immediately noticed when I got in my car that my tooth cosmetically looked the same as it was before so I figured they must have discounted the filling right. The next morning I call the scheduler at the front desk and she said I was charged regular price to have a chipped tooth repaired and I said why didn$0027t you just give me new filling instead? which left her speechless. And also they kept recommending me to replace a bad crown that THEY GAVE ME. First of all don$0027t tell me to replace a crown you installed and say I need another one when you should be giving me a free one. Then charge me regular price for a fix around that left me looking cosmetically the same?? They really clean your teeth great but this recent incident overshadows all those good experiences. Because of the nature of this review I cannot recommend this dental clinic until they clean up their act.

My son was a patient here and dr sha just put fillings on top of his cavities instead of cleaning them up then doing the filling .. so I Had to take him else where and of course he lost his teeths.. I was also a patient here and spent about $5k getting crowns and root canals and they were not done right .not to mention I paid $250 each crown to get them all white and I just realized they used the ones with metal inside which where the cheaper ones . and they wash off their hands sending you else where to a specialist when they are the ones that didnt do the job right …my mom had the same problem as well…

I was a patient here for years throughout my highschool career and once I finished my ortho treatment I feel as if they rushed it. My teeth were not straight despite me telling the assistants and the front desk months before so they could be fixed but I was told that they LOOKED straight and it was «good enough» and gave me a retainer. The front staff were kind but I didn$0027t like how they didn$0027t listen about my braces and I$0027ve recently changed offices because of this. Poor work, wouldn$0027t recommend.
