After my first experience today. The appointment was great and ran smoothly. The Doctor that did the procedure was great, and was always checking in on you while She was working. Several times they have messed up on scheduling and I drive all the way there for nothing. I got my wisdom tooth pulled 10 days ago and the gum on the tooth in front was cut and is now detached. I have about an inch of my gum just flapping around in the back of my mouth. I$0027ve been calling all day with no one answering the phone. It asks me to press one and then after about 10 minutes of waiting someone answers and hangs up. This has happened to me 3 times today, so it$0027s definitely on purpose. Also, when they pulled my tooth, they would not prescribe any pain medication even though I$0027m allergic to all of the over the counter stuff. I was in the worst pain of my life for about 4 days, until it started to subside. I$0027m a single mom and I don$0027t have anyone to help me so it was a pretty bad experience having to do all of my «mom» things while I as in excruciating pain. I have always been told not to go to Terry Reilly. I have heard they are awful. I really had no choice. The initial exam went well. Staff was nice. After talking with the doc over possible solutions, I finally came to terms with losing a tooth. They scheduled my next appointment and gave me a script for drugs. When going in I was super nervous, I guess the drugs helped. He was super nice and it didn$0027t take very long. I really have a new appreciation for this place and would recommend others. They were all professional and respectful. The best part, because I have low income I paid a fraction of the cost. I mean less than $80 for the exam and extraction. Thank you guys!!

Scheduled an appointment for my son for an emergency tooth extraction. At the appointment they told him he would have to reschedule for a different day for the extraction because they didnt have enough time today. They would not reschedule him until he paid for todays appointment. After he paid they told him it would be at least another 2 weeks before their next available appointment. Had we known that the extraction was not going to take place today, we could have found a different dentist. Dr. Vallerie Kellbach had no knowledge of a drug called Prolia which is prescribed for Osteoporosis and can cause Osteonecrosis in the jaw. I am a Breast Cancer survivor and my Oncologist wanted xrays taken to determine if the drug was causing the pain or an individual tooth. The xray tech was rough and had problems getting the views. Plus there was a huge language barrier and I could barely understand her. Dr. Kellbach diagnosed a cavity and said I needed a root canal. I would have to reschedule and go to another clinic in Boise for that procedure. She called in an antibiotic to my pharmacy and sent me to the front desk to schedule the other appointment which was not available until another 2 1/2 weeks. The front desk ladies were very kind but I have no confidence in Dr. Kellbach and will never reccomend Terry Reilly. If these dentists are not current on protocol for drugs they should not be practicing. It is unfortunate just because you are financially struggling that you can not get quality health care. There was no immpathy or urgency in their mindset. Also I felt pressured to stay within their network because it would be so extremely expensive elsewhere. I called around to repuptal dental offices and they were right in line price wise plus provide quality care and got me in within a couple of days. Do your research and find dental care somewhere else than Terry Reilly. I don$0027t know about the other dentists in their network but I$0027m not letting any of them work on me. I also question their sanitation and cleanliness. She used a probe and mirror but did not wear gloves which is a huge red flag. I feel lucky I didn$0027t have any invasive work done at this clinic.

They quoted me a certain price for a «typical» extraction; my extractions ended up costing less due to being «simple» extractions. The only reason I am giving one star is because zero was not an option. My husband was in jured in a serious work related accident in December. We we$0027re referred to Terry Reilly for a root canal related to the injury. I have never been treated with such disregard and lack of empathy. After failing to do anything for 2 months they finally did the root canal. That was in late January and here it is now mid May. We have been told multiple times that they would call us to complete the root canal. This has never happened. Not only have we never been contacted but my husband has repeatedly called to express his concerns and desire to finish the work. The front desk is incompetent and snarky at best! The dentist are impatient and DO NOT LISTEN! In fact this has escalated so far that my husband was given an advocate by workman$0027s comp in order to connect him with a different dentist. I highly recommend that everyone avoids this office AT ALL COST!!! I can assure you that you will not be feeling any better whatsoever when you leave!

Upon arriving for the appointment at 7:30 am (when they open) he was asked to completely re-do all of the paperwork from the office staff even though nothing has changed in five years, they already had a customer profile on him, a payment plan, a $10 dollar bill credit, and he was just there six months ago. However after refilling out a book, when he turned it in 20 minutes later they told him he was too slow and missed the appointment and he had to reschedule. He was there because his k9 tooth broke in half and was causing him pain with headaches, he survived a week on Advil waiting to get in and now had to reschedule. What a bunch of jerks, we are never going there again.
