Today was my first time going and it was a minor dental emergency. All of the staff were nice, great attitudes, and they got me in and out. The Dentist is also friendly with a great sense of humor. I have spent over thousands of dollars with today dental I recently got my tooth pulled and have been in so much pain I was told if the pain didnt go away in 48 hours to contact them so they can put in a prescription for medication so when I called they refused to do so. Not to mention I also had to get a tooth on the same side re filled due to them not doing it correctly the first time. This is not my first run in with them. Also my niece has braces that they messed up and her filling fell out and bracket from the braces came off same day. This company is only worried about the MONEY and not the patient I will not recommend to ANYONE ????????????????

I made an appointment the day before my root canal. I am very impressed with the skill and dedication of the staff and dentist. I am thankful I was able to get in the next day. The root canal was painless and the dentist and her assistant walked me through each step to ease my anxiety. The office is clean, Covid prevention steps are in place. There was no patient on either side of me so I felt very safe. I highly recommend the Crowley office of Total Dental to anyone in need of dental care.

I recently switched to Today Dental, to follow my hygienist, Linda. My kids had their appointments the other day and everything went so well! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly! I had an appointment on the 28th of December, 2020. I walked inside the facility and the lady with blond hair was not the friendliest. She didn$0027t say hello, nor acknowledged me as a new client. When I went in for my service, again like before she did not acknowledge the client. Only the other lady sitting up front was professional. They had me at Hello. Angela the office manager helped me get my appointment scheduled. She was so energetic that after I called 20 different offices and got to her I was sold on how nice she was. I came in and the receptionist, I missed her name but she was super nice. She waited for me while I got my payment taken care of. Karen with a K and Dr. Aiken got me in and out in no time. I really like this place. I just felt comfortable. I have had a tooth pulled before but they were so gentle and quick that I almost said take them all. I will be bringing my family back here. I made an appointment for June 20, 2020 and upon doing so, I advised the scheduling person I have «new» insurance and provided my Aetna info. I came to appointment and advised because the insurance is «new» perio will not be covered until documentation is sent to insurance and requested a regular cleaning. The front desk lady said everything had been verified and told dentist to proceed. Claim denied for the documentation and being out of network. With that being said on the day I scheduled the appointment I should have been told they are not in network with ANY Aetna plan and had that happened, I would not have made the appointment. Next a regular cleaning or reschedule should have been done, perio records were submitted to insurance, but this would not have mattered since they are not in network. I$0027m now being billed for what was not paid by insurance and the bill is coming in my deceased spouse name in which I told them last year during my cleaning that he had just passed 3 months prior. No I do not recommend this dental office to anyone. This review is for the Crowley office.
