A few bad experiences with a previous dentist had me sworn off not returning to any dentist; foolish I know. I was recommended to Gentle Green and I am wondering why I had not heard of them before or been there sooner. They helped ease my nervousness and made my experience amazing. Called to make a new patient appointment and the young lady I spoke with was very helpful and informative in explaining my insurance benefits to me. Upon my arrival, the office smelled amazing and the front staff greeted me with a smile. I actually enjoyed my cleaning for the first time ever! The dentist was very friendly and went over my x-rays and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. She made me feel very comfortable and I$0027ve never been able to put dentist and comfort in the same sentence. I look forward to going back for my dental work.

Tried to get my teeth cleaned yesterday and was told I would need a two part cleaning because I had a couple spots where my gums were puffy. I informed them that I was not able to do the two part and asked if I could still get the cleaning my insurance covers and they refused. They were rude and degrading about it. This also happened to a friend a couple months ago. Basically they are scamming people into getting more money even when its not essential. Its very unfortunate because walking into the office initially I was very impressed with the soothing environment. The nurses and doctor quickly changed my opinion on that though.

The problem lies with the Doctor who is female face that appears on the site or Google. She is very rude to me as a customer and on my first time visiting to have my teeth checked and cleaned. I would like to express my familys happiness with Gentle Green Dental Care. My family of 6 are all patients. Dr. Mohomed and staff are very professional and courteous. As a retired veteran I qualify for dental care from the VA and yet I still come see Dr Mohomed.
During my last visit, there was a disagreement with a gentleman that had a problem with disclosing his medication to Dr.Mohomed. I know this because he was not discrete with his frustration. The staff and Dr Mohomed handled the individual very professionally. I disagree with his recount of the story he has posted here on google. I will add that as a retired military veteran I apologized to Dr. Mohomed and staff for the gentlemans behavior. Veterans are taught better from our respective service, and this individual forgot about the standards he should upheld as a former service member.

Dr. Mohomed has been my dentist since her last year at University of Pittsburgh Dental. I have been to 4 other dentist prior to her taking over.
Disclaimer: She is my wife.
I have had the unique opportunity to witness her growth as a dentist since Pitt as a student to the owner of her own practice. She has done most of my cleanings, all of my fillings, and placed 2 crowns in my mouth. I was not very good to my teeth growing up… She is meticulous and very proficient. One will have a hard time finding a dentist who actually loves what she does for the sake of teeth health over all else. That is Dr. Mohomed.
I always hated the pain caused by injections in the mouth. Who doesn$0027t! I still don$0027t understand how she does it but there is hardly a pinch if you feel it at all when she does an injection. The worst ever pain is the injection into the pallet of the mouth. The WORST! It did not hurt much when she worked on my front upper tooth crown.
Highly recommended to those who have dental phobia and want an honest opinion.
