I went for treatment of an abscess tooth. I just thought I would be given the exam and scheduled for an extraction. Earliest appointment for an extraction was over a month away. They said they would put me on the cancellation list. Dentist came in and said a month was too long to go. He said I could try an oral surgeon to get it out sooner but that would cost me more money. He then decided to make time in his busy schedule to pull it right then and there. The office worked with me regarding payment because I didn$0027t have the money to pay for the deductible today. It was nice to find a dentist who puts a patient$0027s health first. My former dentist office had told me to come back when I had the money.

We had the BEST experience at Serenity Dental Care. I brought my three-year-old son in for his first dental check up last week. It was my first visit to the practice. We were treated so well by all the staff. The whole experience put myself and my son at ease. Kara at the front desk was a sweetheart and gave us a tour of the office, then gave my son crayons and a color sheet while I completed some new patient paperwork. She was amazing. I have been a denta-phob all my life. I NEVER went to the dentist unless a tooth got so bad I had no choice. My latest occurence was in 2013 and my boss recommended Dr. Eric Sterrett. When I met Dr. Sterrett, I was immediately comfortable. I told him about my fear of dental work and he totally understood and was quick to take the time to address every one! He prayed over me before we started which took all the fear away. The office is serene and EVERYONE who works there is kind. warm and quick to say «I$0027ll pray for you» or «Have a Blessed Day», etc. Any place that acknowledges the existence of our Lord and is ok with letting clients know comforts me and tells me I$0027ve found the perfect place. I am also quite impressed with how up-to-date their equipment is and the depth of knowledge of Dr. Sterrett. He can do amazing things to take care of teeth. I will NEVER go to any other dentist.
