I had such a pleasant experience at Hermann Dental in Freeport. The front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. They took me right on time which I really appreciate. Fortunately, I rarely need more than a routine cleaning and X-Ray, but the staff is professional and efficient, especially the receptionist who does medical billing whos able to answer all my insurance-related questions. No one reconfirmed the teeth they were going to fill in before beginning the process. I will not be going here again.
